There’s no doubt that n men love their sheds, but Chris Hemsworth’s idea of the Aussie staple is a little different.

The Thor star, 41, has created a state-of-the-art training facility called The Shed for his fitness brand, Centr.

Chris founded the subscription-based fitness app in 2019, offering content that includes workouts, meditation, diets, and recipes.

The app charges $135 per year or $29 per month.

In March 2022, Centr was acquired by a private equity firm owned by the brother of Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos, but Hemsworth continues to be featured in most workouts and promotions.

Speaking to Realestate.com.au, Hemsworth’s personal trainer and business partner, Luke Zocchi, explained that the facility serves as a space for Centr trainers to test new workouts and equipment while also having fun.

He emphasised that no expense was spared in creating the cutting-edge facility, which was designed by Hemsworth and his team.

‘It’s definitely next level,’ Zocchi said.

‘Chris made sure to include the latest and greatest Centr equipment in the gym.’

He mentioned that much of the equipment at The Shed -which includes treadmills, cable machines, weight benches, and power racks – is currently unavailable in .

‘Some of the equipment isn’t available in yet, but will be soon,’ Zocchi revealed.

‘It’s where Chris, the boys, and I can come through for a session, or we can just chill and recover when we need to. It’s a place to really get after it or reset, depending on what we need.’

The impressive ‘home-gym’ also features dedicated spaces for agility training and plyometrics, as well as a sauna and ice baths for post-workout recovery.

Hemsworth took to his YouTube channel in November last year to give fans a glimpse of his swanky new workout space.

The funnel-web spider, one of the world’s deadliest species, was donated to a drop-off centre in Newcastle, the park announced in a statement on Tuesday.

‘This spider was just so big in comparison to his peers it reminded me of Chris Hemsworth and his brothers, and how they tower over the average person,’ spider keeper Emma Teni said.

‘We thought for sure he had to be a female because of his size, but upon closer inspection, he’s a boy.’

The extra-large specimen, known as one of the world’s deadliest spiders, measured 9.2cm and is the largest spider ever donated to the park which is located on the Central Coast

‘”Hemsworth” will be a part of the park’s anti-venom program’, Teni said.
