A hunky Florida cop has gone viral after fans spotted him running a marathon and begged him to detain them in a flurry of adoring comments online.

Spectators were quick to point out that West Palm Beach Officer Nelson Caceres looked very arresting in his finish line photographs posted by the department online.

Caceres completed the 26.2-mile feat in four hours and 29 minutes after waking at 4am – and returned to police duties right after, patrolling the streets until 7.30pm.

West Palm PD celebrated Caceres’ achievement completing the Garden of Life Palm Beaches Marathon on Sunday in a Facebook post which was inundated by fans.

‘That’s nice, but is he single? Asking for a friend,’ one person wrote. ‘Congratulations king, now come arrest me,’ another said, while someone else added: ‘I’ll put the handcuffs on myself.’

‘Weird he’s a cop considering all of the robberies he’s been doing of stealing women’s hearts and attention (based on the comments),’ another person said.

‘I want to be a criminal,’ one woman said, while another added: ‘I’m guilty – where can I send him my address?’ and another joked: ‘i’m robbin’ da store’.

Others demanded to know whether Caceres has a wife. ‘Are you looking for a wife?’ one person said, while another added: ‘OH my. Is this man married?’

‘I need to know if this man is married or not,’ one person said, while another noted: ‘I don’t see a ring on his finger just an FYI so to me it’s all game.’

‘If y’all need any volunteers lmk love to help the community,’ one woman joked while another said simply, ‘good gawd’.

The run-day photographs showed Caceres holding his medal at the end of the race with a big smile, and another later in the day wearing his cop uniform complete with bulletproof vest.

Last year, a Pennsylvania cop who appeared on video beside Idaho murder suspect Bryan Kohberger received a similar outpouring of admiration from women online.

The Monroe County officer, identified as then- 32-year-old Deputy James Nunez,  was one of several officers pictured ushering the suspect out of the courthouse.

Nunez – a hulking man with a chiseled jaw line and toned physique – enjoyed some newfound celebrity for his devilishly good looks.

Within days of the deputy’s TV debut, dozens of women remarked that they had seemingly come to a consensus that, even with the news surrounding Kohberger’s capture and alleged crimes, Nunez had ‘broken the internet.’
