The scenario happened halfway through the episode when Aegon brought the soldiers into the brothel.
He exposed people behind the curtains as he pulled them away.
The first pair he exposed were a woman and a patron of the brothel.
The unnamed woman was giving the anonymous man a ‘very in your face.’
After the scene appeared, Aegon moved onto the next rooms.
And while nothing else behind the curtains was as jarring as the woman performing the sex act, fans were still so taken aback by that incident that they rushed to X, formerly known as Twitter, and Reddit to share their thoughts.
One person said: ‘HBO making sure the scripts have enough brothel scenes with DONG in them to remind people they’re in fact watching HBO.’
Someone else added: ‘That girl throwing neck on House of the Dragon tonight was giving the worst top I’ve ever seen. Pitiful performance.’

‘So many dongs in tonight’s episode of House of the Dragon,’ one user chimed in.
Fans on Reddit were even more shocked as they branded it the ‘weirdest’ moment.
One person said: ‘Wow that [sex act] was very in your face. I was expecting to see sex but didn’t count on that. The show never ceases to amaze me.’
Someone else wrote: ‘I guess a prosthetic counts. That couldn’t have been real. Looked fake.’
‘Uhhhhhh that [sex act] was front and center. I’m really surprised they were able to let that on air,’ another commented.
A fourth added: ‘Wow this episode had everything! The weirdest [sex act] I’ve ever seen, the graphic depiction of a decapitated child that we were robbed of last episode, a kingsguard crappier than Bobby B’s. I could go on!’
Although Game of Thrones and the House of the Dragon spinoff is no stranger to sex scenes, even this was branded much for the series.
The new season has been scaled back some, from 10 episodes in the first to just eight in the second.

The season two premiere suffered a bit of a ratings hit, with 7.8 million viewers tuning in last week through all platforms.
That number was a 22 per cent drop from the 10 million viewers who watched the series premiere back in August 2022.
The drop was attributed to linear viewing, those who watched the episode live on HBO, which was one million fewer than the series premiere.
The second episode of season one actually increased to 10.2 million, representing a series peak, with 9.3 million viewers watching the season one finale.
Last Sunday’s season two debut was penned by showrunner Ryan Condal and directed by Alan Taylor, who previously directed episodes of Game of Thrones, as well as HBO staples such as Boardwalk Empire, Sex and the City, The Sopranos and its prequel film, The Many Saints of Newark.
