alert-–-horror-as-another-plane-shoots-off-runway-and-smashes-into-trees-at-remote-airfield-in-new-hampshireAlert – Horror as ANOTHER plane shoots off runway and smashes into trees at remote airfield in New Hampshire

At least one person is injured after a small plane flew off the end of a runway and smashed into trees in New Hampshire.

The small aircraft reportedly crashed off the of a runway at Hampton Airfield’s Reddington Landing at 10:15am on Tuesday.

Emergency personnel raced to the scene, with early reports stating the pilot was seen walking around after the incident.

It is not clear what caused the crash, however images showed heavy snowfall at the crash site. Officials said the pilot was the sole occupant of the aircraft.

It comes after a wave of aviation accidents rocked the US in recent weeks, including one of the worst air disasters in recent memory 13 days ago when an American Airlines passenger jet collided with a military helicopter over Reagan National Airport.

Days later, a small air ambulance crash landed in Pennsylvania, killing six people aboard the jet and a seventh on the ground.

These disasters were followed by a small jet dropping off radars in Alaska last week, leading to the deaths of all 10 people on board.

And just a day ago, a private jet owned by Motley Crue singer Vince Neil crashed as its landing gear failed while touching down at an airfield in Scottsdale, Arizona, killing one person and injuring three others.

Officials confirmed that the pilot involved in Tuesday’s crash in New Hampshire was evaluated at the scene and was not seriously injured.

New Hampshire State Police said in a Facebook post that the pilot was the sole occupant, and that the FAA was notified of the crash.

The FAA has come under scrutiny in recent weeks amid the repeat aviation disasters, with experts saying the agency has been struggling with underfunding and near-misses in recent years.

On Monday, the FAA launched an investigation as Motley Crue singer Vince Neil’s private jet crashed shortly after landing in Arizona.

The aircraft’s pilot tragically died in the crash, while the 64-year-old rock star’s partner Rain Andreani, 43, and her friend Ashley survived the crash and were rushed to hospital in the wake of the tragedy on Monday.

The Dr. Feelgood singer was not a passenger at the time of the deadly incident, a spokesperson told DailyMail.com.

Andreani suffered five broken ribs and multiple pet dogs the women brought aboard the aircraft were safe, sources told the outlet.

The band confirmed the pilot was killed and they will be involved in the efforts to help the family.

Officials said a total of four people were on the Learjet plane owned by Neil -two pilots and two passengers. Meanwhile, there was one person was in the parked Gulfstream.

Amid the repeat aviation disasters, it was revealed last week that the primary air safety system for the Federal Aviation Administration crashed for several hours over a weekend.

The NOTAM system, short for ‘Notice to Air Missions’ suddenly went down late on Saturday, February 1, across the United States and was not restored until 11am the next day.

NOTAM is the FAA’s primary system for providing real-time safety alerts to pilots in the air, giving updates about any hazards on the ground or in the air, including but not limited to closed runways, navigational system disruptions and airspace restrictions.

Before a flight, pilots are required to consult NOTAMs, which list potential adverse impacts on flights.

Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy warned about the outage via X – just four days after 67 people perished when a passenger plane collided with a Black Hawk Army helicopter over Washington DC.

‘The primary NOTAM system is experiencing a temporary outage, but there is currently no impact to the National Airspace System because a backup system is in place,’ he said.

‘FAA has set up a hotline to communicate with aviation stakeholders and will send notices every 30 minutes with updates on the system’s status.’
