Hilarious footage captured the moment a man bleeding from the head refused demands to leave an American Airlines flight from Miami while his wife complained about pains from her ‘breast lift.’

Eugenio Ernesto Hernandez-Garnier, 27, was bleeding profusely from hair transplant wounds when he boarded a flight at Miami International Airport alongside his wife Yusleydis Blanca Loyola, 32.

The couple had flown from Las Vegas for a hair transplant and liposuction.

But on the way home, passengers on the flight alerted attendants to concerns of Hernandez-Garnier’s bleeding head, which caused a fracas onboard the flight

The pair repeatedly refused to disembark the flight, causing officers to move in and apprehend them.

As chaos ensued onboard, Loyola went live on TikTok as thousands watched police officers question her husband over the wounds.

According to NBC Miami, she tells viewers: ‘You guys know I’ve got [a] breast lift, arm lipo. I can’t even walk. Call 911 we are being discriminated against and abused.’

An officer can be heard telling Hernandez-Garnier: ‘If you don’t get off, they’re going to grab you and they’re going and they’re going to pull you off’.

Loyola can be seen standing in the aisle while Hernandez-Garnier adds: ‘If they take me off, they’re going to hurt me.’

Two officers then stand Hernandez up and place his arms around his back, causing him to scream out in pain.

His wife can be heard shouting: ‘Look, he’s recently operated on, he’s just been operated on!’

One officer apparently makes a grab for her phone, to which she responds: ‘Do not put my phone down! He’s just been operated on and they’re hitting him.’

As she is apprehended and ushered away she can be heard screaming and crying out: ‘My breasts!’

Speaking with the outlet after the pair were released from custody, Hernandez-Garnier said he had been provided with documentation proving they could fly.

After showing this to a flight attendant, Hernandez-Garnier said they told him that they didn’t care.

He said: ‘She tells me you either go out, or I’m gonna call the police. I said, call the police, because that’s injustice.

‘I paid my flight. I don’t have nothing illegal in my packet. Everything is fine.’

After being arrested, the couple were taken to a medical facility to have the bleeding checked before being taken to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.

According to police, all other passengers were forced to leave the plane as well, causing the flight to be delayed.

Miami-Dade County police spokesperson Argemis Colomé said; ‘ This could have all been avoided if they would have just followed the commands or the request of the officers to vacate the aircraft.’

In a statement, American Airlines said: ‘During boarding of American Airlines flight 1858 on Aug. 19 with service from Miami (MIA) to Las Vegas (LAS), two customers became disruptive and were non-compliant with crew member instructions.

‘Law enforcement responded and removed both customers from the aircraft. We thank our crewmembers for their professionalism and apologize to our customers for the inconvenience.’
