Helen Flanagan went makeup-free on Wednesday as she showed off the painful results of cosmetic surgery to fans.
The former soap star, 35, took to Instagram to reveal how she had lip filler injected into her face as well as a procedure involving fish sperm.
Helen shared a clip following the treatments where she praised her doctor as she detailed what she had done.
The mum-of-three said: ‘So I have just come in for my second treatment with Natalie. I only go to doctor Natalie for my face, she’s amazing.
‘You’ve got to be very careful with your face so I always get my Botox with Natalie. I don’t have anything in my bottom lip but I do have filler in my top lip but not have it done.
‘I always ask her if I can have some and she’s like “no, no, you don’t need anything!” but yeah I just go to her for my Botox.’

The Coronation Street actress also revealed she had a second treatment for her under eye area after noticing wrinkles.
Explaining the procedure, she wrote: ‘Polynucleotides are an injectable skin treatment designed to improve the delicate under-eye area using extracts of salmon sperm.
