Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ ex-girlfriend and accuser ‘Jane’ returned to the stand Thursday and recalled partying with an unnamed famous rapper, his girlfriend and a male escort.
The music mogul’s lawyers, prosecutors and the judge spent the morning discussing whether to reveal the rapper’s identity – as well as on an unspecified issue regarding the testimony of his ex-girlfriend Jane, who has told the court Diddy forced her into sex with male escorts.
Cross-examination by attorney Teny Geragos has been aimed at supporting the defense position that the woman, who testified under a pseudonym, was a willing participant in the sometimes-weekly sex with male sex workers that Diddy directed and watched for hours.
Prosecutors say they charged the rapper with sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy because he used threats, drugs and violence to force women into unwelcome sexual experiences and used his employees and associates to help him get what he wanted.
Diddy has pleaded not guilty. If convicted, he faces 15 years to life in prison.
