Haunting new pictures show scantily-clad girls and women on Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘pedo island’ along with his madam Ghislaine Maxwell and pilot Nadia Marcinko.
The never-before-seen images, which were made public in the latest document dump, showed them posing on his US Virgin Island home in 2006.
They showed convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell lounging at the home – despite claiming she was not there around that time.
Marcinko, also known as Marcinkova – who was Jeffrey Epstein’s private pilot, is also seen in the pictures – pouting and smiling with girls on the island. She has long been accused of being an accomplice in procuring underage girls for Epstein.
The 17 new documents, released Monday, were previously sealed as part of a 2015 lawsuit between Maxwell and her most prominent accuser, Virginia Giuffre.
The never-before-seen images, which have been unsealed and made public as part of the latest document dump surrounding Epstein, appeared to show girls or young women on his private US Virgin Island home in 2006
The shocking images – which are some of the first showing what went on while Epstein was on Little St. James with the girls and women he invited – were part of documents attached to a filing about Sarah Ransome

The images – which are some of the first showing what went on while Epstein was on Little St James with the women he invited – were part of documents attached to a filing about Sarah Ransome.
Ransome, one of Epstein’s many accusers, was not part of the legal proceedings but played a part in explaining the inner workings of the billionaire’s so-called ‘massage network.’
Virginia Giuffre’s lawyers used the photos supplied in the Ransome docket to argue that Ghislaine Maxwell was on Epstein’s island – despite her saying that she was ‘hardly around.’
One image shows Epstein on a quad bike, and another shows him standing with Peter Mandelson, who was former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair’s right-hand man and architect of the Labor Party’s success in the 1990s.
Others showed groups of women wearing shorts and spaghetti-strap tops falling off their shoulders on the island in 2006.
Along with the images of the women on the island, and of Maxwell lounging in Epstein’s home, Ransome also sat for a 10-hour deposition and gave ‘critical testimony’ showing Epstein’s sex abuse and sex trafficking conspiracy.

Ransome stated in the court documents: ‘I would just like to clarify, body massages meant sex, okay? That’s like a key word for sex.
‘So as soon as you stop having sex with Jeffrey and his friends and his girls, you’re out, because otherwise there’s no reason for you to be associated with Jeffrey, because you’re just there to have sex with him.’
Ransome also testified that Maxwell ran the house like a brothel with girls on rotation for the purpose of giving Epstein sexual massages each day.
She said, according to the deposition documents: ‘There was a constant influx of girls. There were so many girls. There were girls in Miami. There were guests coming.
‘There were — It’s like, I’m sure if you go into a hooker’s brothel and see how they run their business, I mean, it’s just general conversation about who’s going to have sex with who and, you know — what do you talk about when all do you is have sex every day on rotation?
Nadia Marcinko, Jeffrey Epstein’s private pilot, is also seen in the damning pictures, posing with girls on the island. She has long been accused of being an accomplice in procuring underage girls for Epstein
‘I mean, what is there to talk about?’
The victim was asked: ‘Apart from general conversation, do you recall any specifics of any female reporting to Ghislaine?’
Ransome replied: ‘Yes, I saw. And with my own eyes, I saw how Ghislaine and Lesley Groff and the other girls reported to them. And we were told by Jeffrey Epstein to listen to Ghislaine.
‘So Ghislaine was the main right-hand woman of Jeffrey Epstein. We were told by Jeffrey Epstein to listen to Ghislaine.’
She also explained in the deposition how there was a ‘rotation’ between the women.
Ransome said: ‘Our rotation changed every day that specific trip we had in December. So, for example, I would be called. Maybe a couple hours when Jeffrey had a little, you know, break, another girl was called.
‘Then another girl was called. Every single day. We tried to hide on different — like, so we wouldn’t have to get called. We’d generally have to sit in the main area.
‘There was like a big pool, the main seating area. There was a big table. We’d sit there and do kind of art on the table, and we always had to be around. We weren’t allowed to go very far on the island.
‘We always had to report to Ghislaine and Jeffrey and tell them if we were going down to the beach to swim because they had an inflatable trampoline. So they — I mean, we always had to tell Ghislaine and Jeffrey where we were at all times.’
The victim also said that the girls saw Maxwell as the ‘mama bear.’
She said in the court documents: ‘I saw how she interacted with all the girls. You know, if you walk into any — I mean, common sense wise, if you walk into a firm, you kind of know who the boss is.
‘You know, all the girls kind of reported to Ghislaine. Ghislaine was like the mama bear, if you know what I mean. She called the shots; we had to listen to Ghislaine. And Ghislaine was Jeffrey’s right-hand woman.’
And the documents showed Ransome admitting to seeing Nadia, Epstein’s pilot, having sex with him while they were on the plane.
Ransome was asked: ‘What types of sexual relationship did Jeffrey and Nadia have on the plane in your presence?’ And she responded: ‘Well, Nadia was straddling Jeffrey for quite some time. I watched them both ejaculate with each other. They were having quite a good time together.’

The first exhibit, filed by Virginia Giuffre’s lawyers against Ghislaine Maxwell, claims Maxwell and everyone who worked for Epstein used a secret server to communicate.
The server – called MindSpring – was used by household staff to communicate about daily tasks and events.
One employee complained about how ‘ridiculous’ it became, explaining that Epstein would demand a ‘coffee’ or ‘orange juice’ through the server and multiple employees when they were all in the same house.
Giuffre’s lawyers contended that Maxwell only provided discovery materials from some of her email accounts. They claimed she had another that would include incriminating information. Maxwell denied it.
One newly-uploaded exhibit is a previously sealed transcript from a hearing regarding whether Epstein should be forced to give testimony.
Both Maxwell and Giuffre wanted him to – but he declined, repeatedly saying that he would not answer questions for fear of criminal prosecution.
All of the filings come from a 2015 defamation lawsuit that Giuffre filed against Maxwell.
At the time, Giuffre had gone public with her claims against Prince Andrew, Maxwell and Epstein. She said she’d been sexually trafficked to the royal by Maxwell and Epstein, who she claimed abused countless other girls in similar ways.
Maxwell, Epstein and Prince Andrew denied her allegations. Giuffre sued Maxwell for publicly labeling her a liar.
The case was settled in 2017 – two years before Epstein was charged and later died by suicide – and before Maxwell’s arrest.
They have become public now after repeated requests from the media and some of those caught up in the scandal, who pleaded for transparency from the court.
What was expected was a list that unmasked the 187 Jane and John Does whose names were previously protected.
The court has not fulfilled that request, and instead has published hundreds upon hundreds of pages where the names were previously redacted.
