He was the heartthrob who stole Hermione Granger’s heart and gave Harry Potter a run for his money during the Triwizard Tournament.

But Victor Krum – played by Stanislav Yanevski – looks unrecognisable after he was pictured 18 years after making his wizarding debut.

Stanislav, 38, has come a long way from chasing Golden Snitches and he looks  dapper with his quirky suits, bulging muscles and unique tattoos after making a  career turn in recent years.

Victor’s character has always been a fan favourite – the Bulgarian seeker’s story was short but lasting.

He started as a Quidditch hero after catching the snitch against the Irish in the Goblet Of Fire.

‘Dumb Krumb’ then became the Durmstrang champion and was sent to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry for the Triwizard Tournament.

He competed bravely but he returned home after the announcement of Cedric Diggory’s death.

During his time at the legendary institute, the ‘Bulgarian Bonbon’ captured the heart of Hermione, played by Emma Watson, at the Yule ball.

But their blossoming young love fizzled out and they later became pen pals.

It has been almost two decades since his first appearance in the beloved wizarding series and over the last two decades, he has starred in many hits such as Hostel: Part II and The Cloaking.

But his last credit was in the 2021 movie Last Man Down, as earlier this year, the actor stunned his fans with an unexpected career change.

He is now a lecturer and motivational speaker.

Stanislav penned to his 23,000 followers on Instagram: ‘Today was a very motivational day.

Stanislav appeared to greet fellow Potterheads as they held a meet and greet.

Taking to Instagram in his eccentric ensemble, he said: ‘Travelling through the ages of time, inspired by the world of art in all of its forms and colours.

‘Charged up with very positive and friendly energy by the best unique boutique bookstore

‘Alone you can conquer dreams. With a team of likeminded friends, you can conquer worlds!’
