Newly released footage shows the moment a neighborly feud escalated into a gunfight leading to the death of a man in Volusia County, Florida.

Marcus Blicker, 47, was fatally shot by his neighbor after he drove his truck at two people – one of whom was the shooter’s 16-year-old son, Fox35 reported..

Emergency responders found Blicker in the driver’s seat of his pickup truck and the shooter and his son at the scene on October 26.

Officials believe the deceased had begun following and erratically swerving his truck at two vehicles that were being driven by the shooter’s son and his friend after they drove past his house.

The scared teenager called his father and alerted him of the situation while he making his way home.

As he began to pull in, Blicker followed the boys, began yelling and threatening them.

The neighbor then came out of the house with a rifle in his hand and told Blicker to leave. He also fired warning shots in the air.

While it seemed for a moment that the enraged man was reversing his truck, he instead accelerated toward the father and another person who was standing nearby

‘The father fired several shots at the truck as it drove at them, and the truck came to a stop in the front yard,’ officials stated in a press release.

A Rottweiler in Blicker’s truck was injured during the shooting but is expected to recover.

Blicker’s fiancée, Jennifer Tatro Williams, has since released a tribute for her daughters’ father.

‘My beautiful Angel. I will never be ok with this it will never get easier. You were my soul, my best, my protector & now I live the rest of this life without a big piece of my heart just when we got it right and that’s so unfair. Our little girl without her daddy,’ she wrote in the Facebook post.

‘Your soul was too beautiful for this earth. And now you can live in peace,’ she added.

‘Paint me a beautiful life from heaven and I’ll see you when I get there,’ she continued.

His older daughter, Baylee Hope, also wrote that she was ‘forever your little buddy’.

‘I haven’t had time to come to terms with the fact you are no longer here,’ she wrote.

‘For those that don’t know my name was tattoo’d on his back,’ she added. ‘I always thought it was the coolest thing but he wanted to get it touched up and fixed so bad we were just talking about it. I have so many memories I want to share.’

‘I’m sitting here looking at the last thing you made for me (well Braylynn) before you passed,’ she wrote. ‘You built my daughter a beautiful crib and changing table. You were the biggest goofball I’ve ever met. My dad was truly a kid at heart. You were taken way too soon.

‘My biggest regret will always be not being there more. The conversation we had you were so excited to share your new projects with me. You always told me how proud of me you were.

‘Your last words were “I love you buddy I’ll see you soon.” You were so excited to hold your grand daughter and I’m just so sorry I didn’t make it there sooner. I love you daddy forever and always.’

A GoFundMe has also been launched by Williams’ daughter Mariah to help raise funds for the family.

‘It’s with a heavy heart that I inform everyone that the shooting in my neighborhood this weekend did in fact affect my family,’ Mariah wrote.

‘Unfortunately my mother’s fiancé, and the father of my five your old sister was murdered Saturday night.

‘He left behind a family of six, and a granddaughter that he was supposed to be meeting this week and never got the chance to.

‘We’re now all faced with unexpected costs such as a funeral service, cremation, the loss of a vehicle, ongoing vet bills that are multiple thousands of dollars because this man also shot our dog in the neck with an ar15 while she was in the passenger seat of the vehicle.

‘on top of the cost of my mom now being a single mother of five with no financial support,’ she wrote.

As of now, the crowdfunding page has raised $4,295 toward its $7,500 goal.
