She then posted a picture of the proposal after Josh had set up red roses, candles, couples pictures and a light up Marry Me sign.
Amy added in another Story: ‘Welcome to the family Han, couldn’t wish for anyone better.’
Josh and Hannah are teenage sweethearts who have dated since they were around 17 years old.
It comes just a few days after Josh announced that he is running to be a Labour MP at the next election in a hope to unseat the Deputy Prime Minister.
The TV personality, who appeared on the hit show alongside his family, revealed to his followers this week that he has been selected as the parliamentary candidate for the Hertsmere constituency.
The Hertfordshire constituency is currently represented by Deputy Prime Minister Oliver Dowden.
Mr Dowden held the safe Tory seat in the 2019 general election with a thumping majority of 21,313 and 62.5 per cent of the vote, so it will be an uphill struggle for Mr Tapper if he wishes to topple the senior politician.
Hertsmere has only ever been represented by a Conservative MP since it was created in 1983, but Mr Tapper has said he wants to be the man to reverse this trend.
Sharing the news of his selection on X, formerly Twitter, Josh told this followers: ‘I’m thrilled and honoured to have been selected as Labour’s parliamentary candidate for Hertsmere.

‘Thank you so much to local members for your support – I won’t let you down. The work to unseat the Deputy Prime Minister starts now!’
Josh occasionally appeared on Channel 4’s Gogglebox with his mother Nikki, father Jonathan and sister Amy – who were cast members from the show’s debut in 2013 until series 11 in 2018.
But he decided to take up a career in politics and public service in 2017, where the Mirror reports started an apprenticeship at 10 Downing Street – a building he may hope to work in again in the coming years.
During his apprenticeship he would have worked alongside then-PM Theresa May and the cabinet.
He then joined the Civil Service but left that career in 2019 when he joined a cross-party think tank Demos.
In 2022 Josh tried to get elected in Edgwarebury, north west London where he grew up, but he lost by a narrow margin.
Being just 15 when first appearing on Gogglebox, he was forced to juggle being a famous face while also ‘trying to live a normal life’, the Mirror reports.
He said he was ‘the guy who was on TV’ and that his days of filming were long on top of his school commitments.
