An OnlyFans creator who smashed her Mercedes into a parked van while driving four times over the legal limit could now face legal action over the damages.

Paris Ow-Yang, 18, has become embroiled in a legal dispute over $150,000 she owes businessman Adam Troost, the owner of a red Mercedes van.

The influencer smashed her $50,000 black Mercedes sedan into Mr Troost’s van while it was parked in Point Piper in Sydney’s east at about 8.45pm on October 18.

Mr Troost’s lawyers previously sent a draft statement of claim to Ow-Yang asking for $150,000 to replace the van, however she is allegedly still yet to pay.

‘Mr Troost has tried to be nice,’ lawyer Ben Horne told the Daily Telegraph.

‘At Ms Ow-Yang’s hearing, she indicated she would pay to make good the damage caused. That appears not to be happening and has made it difficult to negotiate a simple solution.’

Ow-Yang has disputed the amount of $150,000 but has indicated she is ‘ready, willing and able to pay’ $90,000 in damages, her legal counsel said.

‘We asked for a valuation (of the damaged vehicle), and that figure was $90,000 which my client is ready, willing and able to pay,’ Michael Bowe said.

Mr Troost is also charging the influencer for the cost of a hired car.

He is expected to receive an identical replacement for his Mercedes van in June of next year. The vehicle was uninsured at the time of the crash.

The incident happened after Ow-Yang got drunk over nine hours to drown her ‘pain and hurt’ over a break up with nightclub baron Julian Tobias, the Downing Centre Local Court was told in November.

Ow-Yang, who joined OnlyFans the day she turned 18, started out at Meat & Co at midday on the day in question, and later drank at a Chinese restaurant and at a friend’s place.

She later blew 0.213 and police observed that the P2 licence holder had no P plates displayed on her car.

Ow-Yang, who began dating 44-year-old Tobias when she was 17, started drinking white wine at 3pm on October 18, after a previous period of partying at her parents’ Southern Highlands estate and in Bali.

Standing up before Magistrate Rodney Brender, Ow-Yang was warned that her behaviour had ‘put you and other people on the road in danger’.

His Honour told Ow-Yang she faced a possible 18-month jail sentence and that ‘where moral culpability is increased by aggravating factors anything less than jail is generally inappropriate.

‘If it happens again … (yes), jail.’

Mr Bowe told the court the crash was a result of a ‘perfect storm’ after Ow-Yang ‘spiralled out of control’ with drinking when ‘she couldn’t cope with… the breakdown’ of her romance.

She had been ‘drowning herself in alcohol’, Mr Bowe said.

‘She was just burying herself in her own depression and issues, hoping alcohol would disguise the pain and hurt,’ he added.

Ow-Yang graduated last year from the exclusive Frensham college in the NSW Southern Highlands, a $33,000-a-year ladies boarding school.

She has a significant presence on OnlyFans, attracting 40,000 views per post on the subscription adults-only content site.

The influencer has claimed her account was so lucrative that after just two months she was able to quit university and buy a house.
