Santos is back! Three months after he was booted from Congress, the embattled congressman made his way back for Biden’s State of the Union.

Because he is a former member of Congress, he is allowed to keep floor privileges.

He was spotted wearing a classic navy sweater vest, blazer and rhinestone stone collared shirt.

Santos promptly took a seat next to Rep. Lauren Boebert.
