Gemma has been on a quest to drop the pounds in recent months after admitting she was scared to become ‘an overweight mum’ amid her fertility struggles.
On Instagram, she flaunted her slimmer waist, while wearing a pair of quirky black and gold leggings with a black bra.
Gemma credited the ‘fibre first’ diet for her success as she uploaded a reel and showed how her trousers now fall down.
In the Reel, she quipped: ‘When I put these [leggings] on, as the night goes on they fall down.
‘So what can be done on these to make them stay up? I don’t know if you can put something there [side] to them up. Thank you.’
Uploading the candid clip to 2.2million followers, Gemma penned: ‘Thank you to @stevebennettmhp #fibrefirstguys get on this it takes time slowly slowly slowly then BOOM #fibrefirst #linkinbio follow @stevebennettmhp @healthresultsofficial.’
She explained her fears about the practicalities of being a mother whilst being heavier.

She claimed that she’s reversed her PCOS and will start to try for a baby with Rami this September.
The star has told recently how her new diet guru Steve Bennett has helped ‘cure’ her after years of fertility struggles.
Steve, who has released a new book called The Fibre First diet, has transformed her lifestyle and helped her drop from a size 26 to 20 – which in turn she has claimed ‘cured’ her condition.
Gemma explained OK! Magazine in June why she didn’t want to be an overweight mother.
She said: ‘Nothing against overweight mums at all, but I want to run and play with my kid.
‘I want to have as much energy for my child as possible and to be the best version of myself for my child.’
On her fertility struggles, Gemma added: ‘I always find with me nothing has ever come easy. I’ve always been that one that’s got the struggle to bloody get there!
‘It’s the same with my fertility and I share it because so many people reach out who are going through the same thing.’

Gemma Collins, 43, claims she's 'reversed' her PCOS and will try for a baby soon after diet trick 'cured' her condition amid fertility struggles
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common condition that affects how a woman’s ovaries work. It can mean a woman has difficulty getting pregnant as a result of irregular ovulation or no ovulation.
She recently told : ‘Since working with Steve, he has reversed my PCOS, I no longer have it so I’m a step closer to having a baby.
‘I went to a fertility clinic and obviously, I was going to start my fertility journey in September but I’m not sure I need to do fertility now because hopefully I can do it naturally, plus my thyroid is doing better – I have no under active thyroid anymore.
‘People have bullied me about my weight, they bullied me about it so badly for years and it’s like, I can’t help it, I am active…
‘But now I don’t need to do vigorous exercise, this is the first diet where you’re adding and not subtracting.’
Steve added: ‘With PCOS the number one cause is a dysregulation of sugar and putting fibre first helps Gemma to regulate the sugar intake and therefore that would be the logical step to removing PCOS.’
Gemma has suffered with PCOS since she was 28 years old – which is when she started to gain weight.
The NHS states that PCOS cannot be cured, but the symptoms can be managed.
Gemma has been open about past fertility struggles and has previously suffered three miscarriages.
