Colorado cops are hunting a Panera customer who attacked staff and other patrons in a wild outburst.
Isaac Ross, also known as Kendall Ross, was filmed unleashing on terrified onlookers at the Panera in Glendale, Colorado.
Video showed Ross screaming and shouting while launching items – which police said included a smoothie – across the restaurant.
Bystander Natalie Wiersma told KDVR the incident began after Ross started yelling for their phone and included the suspect screaming slurs.
‘The suspect was yelling it at the workers and they were all super confused-looking and said, ‘We don’t have your phone,’ Wiersma said.
The footage showed how the suspect knocked items off the counter and hurled a sign at staff.
‘No one has your phone,’ a woman shouted as the suspect continued to clash with a customer.
The outburst carried on until another patron in a blue shirt ran up behind the accused and shoved them.
The suspect then whirled around and knocked the man to the floor and beat him with their fists.
A second man attempted to intervene by grabbing the suspect from behind while they continued to thrash around wildly.
At one point a Panera employee emerged and began whacking the individual on the head with a bread pan.
The clip ended with the suspect grappling with the customer on the floor.
‘This [the video] doesn’t even include the coffee pot they threw at someone’s head and a customer finding a knife they dropped after they fled,’ Wiersma added.
‘The police came shortly after, but the person got away. I gave a statement and sent the police the video.
‘Pretty shaken up after this, but thankful nobody got seriously injured.’
Police said Ross escaped before they arrived but returned to the business and continued to cause a disturbance.
During the second incident he allegedly injured at at-risk man, leaving him with minor wounds.
Officers are actively seeking information regarding the suspect’s whereabouts. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Glendale Police Department at (303) 759-1511.
