Francine Lewis showcased her toned physique in stylish gym wear as she reflected on her experience at a gruelling bootcamp.
The Britain’s Got Talent star, 48, looked incredible as she posed up a storm at the No 1 Fitness Retreat in Norfolk, later sharing the snaps to Instagram.
But while the brunette appeared happy and healthy, she revealed that she was desperate to leave the fitness boot camp and didn’t know how she was going to cope.
She admitted she faced a shock after signing up for the retreat under the impression that she would be treated to a heated swimming pool and a spa.
Francine said: ‘I have to be honest the first 24 hours there was tough and I did consider doing a Gemma Collins in #imaceleb and giving up.’

Gemma famously quit I’m A Celeb after just three days in the jungle.
Francine went on: ‘After a two and half hour drive to Norfolk, I finally arrived at my destination hoping to see a lovely heated swimming pool and cosy spa.
‘It was not long till reality kicked in and I realised very soon that this was hard core and I felt like Goldie Hawn in the film Private Benjamin.’
‘I honestly doubted myself – I didn’t know how I would cope, I can be a bit of a princess – I really hated it to start.’
Despite being desperate to leave when she first arrived, Francine revealed she stuck it out and lost three pounds in a week.
Speaking on what she was tasked with during the week, she said: ‘By the end of the week I wished I could have stayed longer.
‘I met some amazing people and we became a big happy family.
‘We hiked, did spinning, weight training, boxing, circuits, and even played fun games for team building.
‘Finishing every day with an ice bath which I never thought I would be able to do.’

The No 1 Fitness Resort put Francine through a daily regime of six-hour workouts, tailored meals that they combined with Tenplus electrolyte hydration sachets and G Herbal Meta B health supplements.

Her physical challenge comes after she revealed her marriage to Joel Ryan was saved following her claims that he ‘cheated’ on her.

Speaking to OK! Magazine, Francine admitted that the scandal was actually ‘the best thing to happen to her’ despite at the time vowing to never go back to Joel.
She said: ‘We went through a horrible time. But looking back, it was probably the best thing that happened to me. I could have easily walked away but we’ve got something special, and that made us realise it. I know it sounds clichéd, but we’re stronger than ever now.
‘When you’ve been married for a long time, I think you do become very complacent and things change. Maybe that was the case for both of us. For a good period of my life, I was just “kids, kids, kids” and maybe I wasn’t putting enough effort in either.’

The comedian went onto reveal how Joel ‘begged’ her to forgive him and said she wasn’t willing to end her marriage over a few messages.
She added: ‘Joel has taken full responsibility for what happened. He was a broken man and was on the floor begging me at one point. But he’s never, ever, put the blame on me.
‘It wasn’t an affair – I don’t know if I could have forgiven him if it was, and I did think it was one at the time – but sending a message isn’t enough for me to end my loving marriage. He did everything he could to win me back.’
Francine said she and Joel now enjoy frequent ‘date nights’ and go on ‘romantic holidays together’ to keep their romance alive.
