Former X Factor star Dylan Holloway has revealed what his co-star Rylan Clark said to him after finding out he had transitioned.
Earlier this week the singer came out as transgender as he shared his inspiring story on social media, 12 years after impressing judges with his vocals on the hit ITV show.
The musician, 31, competed as part of the duo MK1 with Simeon Dixon and the pair starred on the show the same year as Rylan back in 2012.
Speaking to The Mirror, Dylan revealed he is still in touch with the presenter and saw him recently at a podcast show in London.
Meeting for the first time since Dylan’s transition, he revealed the first thing Rylan said to him was: ‘”You sexy little minx, you look so sexy”. Honestly, that was really nice.’

Opening up about being transgender he explained he knew he was transgender since he was three years old but didn’t know the right vocabulary to express himself.
He explained: ‘I was very good at being her and just pretending to be this other person. So much to the point where I would blur the line.
‘I squashed my feelings so much that I could just convince myself, that was what people wanted me to be.’
However during lockdown he decided to stop pretending to be someone he wasn’t and he came out as transgender.
Dylan and Simeon finished 11th place and continued making music for two more years after their stint.
The singing duo later called it a day and went on to pursue their solo careers in music.
And Dylan also revealed there was a time when he didn’t want to talk about X Factor after he left the show and began making the music he wanted.

During his X Factor stint, Dylan came out as bisexual in an interview with The Sun at the time.
He told the publication: ‘If I go out and guys come up to me they look really confused when I say I’ve got a girlfriend.
‘It’s weird because all the girls think I’m a gay and all the guys think I’m straight. But I actually like boys and girls, so I get the best of both worlds.
‘I went from having a boyfriend to a girlfriend and it was really funny. I was friends with this girl in my town and we used to hang out and then one day I started feeling a bit different and I thought, “I like both”.’
