A fan went into labour during the first night of Pink’s n Summer Carnival tour in Sydney on Friday night.
The 44-year-old pop star had just finished performing a ballad when she discovered that the concertgoer had been escorted out of the venue after going into labour.
‘Is it Alicia or Alex being born?’ Pink asked the crowd at the sold-out Allianz Stadium show.
‘I feel like we shouldn’t be looking,’ she joked, before adding, ‘Everyone give her her privacy!’
She continued, ‘She didn’t just HAVE the baby, right? Is the baby here? No? Okay.’

The Family Portrait singer then congratulated the new mum from the stage before joking about how one of her ballads had induced labour.
‘Wow, “Our Song”, that was the one that did it. Wouldn’t have called that one! I thought it would’ve been “Get The Party Started” or “Never Not Gonna Dance Again.”
‘That’s exciting. I don’t even know what to say. But we have to sing now. Good luck! It’s gonna be great! You’re gonna do great,’ she said, before continuing on with the show.

She then resumed the concert and brought daughter Willow, 12, up on stage to sing Cover Me in Sunshine.
Pink touched down in with her husband Carey Hart and their two children Willow, 12, and son Jameson, seven, last week ahead of her much-anticipated Aussie tour.
The family have been seen exploring the sights down Bondi Beach since their arrival, with Pink sharing sweet snaps of their antics to Instagram.

She shared an array of pictures of herself posing on the beach with her two children as the clan enjoyed some downtime before her busy touring schedule kicks off.
‘Bondi Beach it’s been too long!!!!!!!’ she wrote on Monday. ‘Bills was delicious, too. Soooooooo happy to be back on this side of the world!
