I’m A Celeb star Grade Dent has snubbed all TV appearances and interviews to jet off on holiday in a bid to put her jungle ‘hell’ behind her.

Fellow quitter Jamie Lynn Spears, 32, is expected to do likewise as the pair have no contractual obligations to fulfil media duties after leaving the ITV show on ‘medical grounds.’

Sources close to the food critic, 50, told that Grace just wants to ‘forget’ about her I’m A Celeb experience and get as far away from jungle life as she possibly can.

Grace quit the series on Monday after it was ‘mutually decided’ between her and the broadcaster that she would leave the competition following her visible mental and physical deterioration.

Days later, Britney Spears’ tearful sister Jamie Lynn also walked from the show amid mounting welfare questions about the health and safety of the celebrity contestants.

Sources close to the food critic told that Grace, who flew back to the UK from on Monday, just wants to ‘forget’ about her I’m A Celeb experience

A source told : ‘Grace has chosen not to do any TV appearances or interviews after leaving the jungle.

‘Instead, she’s going on holiday and hopes to relax and forget about her time in camp, which she found extremely difficult.

‘She will be addressing her fanbase with an Instagram post on Thursday but aside from that she doesn’t want to open up about her experience just yet.

‘Given celebrities that leave the show on medical grounds aren’t contracted to do any TV appearances on Good Morning Britain or This Morning, it is expected that Jamie Lynn also won’t be addressing her departure.

‘It is very disappointing for ITV, who hoped that as their best signing this season that Jamie Lynn would do interviews post show but that’s looking very unlikely.’

Despite quitting I’m A Celeb, both contestants will receive their lucrative fees in full.

It is feared that Grace, who flew back to the UK from on Monday, has created a ‘domino effect’ after leaving camp, with Jamie Lynn walking hours afterwards and YouTuber Nella Rose hanging on by a thread.

The influencer has admitted that she doesn’t see through challenges in life and often quits while she’s ahead, as well as saying that she feels ‘uncomfortable’ living with Nigel Farage after they failed to agree on political issues.

ITV are facing 'welfare questions' over the treatment of contestants following Jamie Lynn's tearful appearance on the show amid reports she wanted to quit for days

ITV are facing ‘welfare questions’ over the treatment of contestants following Jamie Lynn’s tearful appearance on the show amid reports she wanted to quit for days

On Tuesday, Nella left the camp to receive medical treatment following a ‘minor problem’, with viewers predicting she could be the next celebrity to throw in the towel.

It is the first time two celebrities have quit the jungle in the show’s 21-year history as sources say ‘scrambling bosses’ are blaming the low mood in camp on the dismal rainy weather.

With only 10 contestants left before eliminations have started, producers are concerned for the remaining cast who are still suffering wet conditions, which has worsened the already tough living situation.

Following Grace’s gaunt appearance and emotionless reaction after being voted to do a Bushtucker Trial as well as Jamie Lynn’s tearful state, ITV are now facing questions over the welfare of the contestants.

However, sources at the broadcaster insist that the usual – if not more stringent – psychiatric tests have been carried out for the participants.

This Morning presenter Josie Gibson, JLS singer Marvin Humes and former EastEnders actress Danielle Harold are some of the celebrities still enduring life in the n jungle.

Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson has been named as the bookies’ favourite to win the series after delighting viewers with his upbeat personality.

He was voted ‘camp leader’ by the public and appointed Marvin his deputy while also forging a close friendship with boxer Tony Bellew.
