Eric Trump has slammed Judge Arthur Engoron after being banned alongside his brother from doing business in New York for two years – with the pair each fined $4million in a devastating fraud ruling against their father.

The former President and his family business were fined a staggering $364 million for inflating property prices, with the 77-year-old fined $355 million.

Eric and Don Jr. were fined more than $4 million each and former CFO Allen Weisselberg was hit with a $1 million fine.

Speaking to Fox News, Eric has now hit back at the decision that was handed down by Engoron, saying they had been ‘trophies on a wall’ for the justice.

The 40-year-old told the outlet: ‘As to Don and I, every single witness testified that we had nothing to do with this. It didn’t matter to this guy [Engoron].’

He added: ‘We were trophies on the wall for this guy. This is the state of New York, I caution anybody of even thinking about moving to New York to be careful.’

The younger Trump went on to say: ‘They would not be doing this if Donald Trump wasn’t the frontrunner for President.

‘They are attacking him civilly, they are attacking him criminally. They are doing it because Donald Trump is winning.’

The staggering decision came after an explosive three-month court case where Trump took the stand and his children, including Ivanka, testified.

Trump now owns more than $454 million for judgements in New York after a jury ordered him to pay up for defaming his rape accuser E. Jean Carroll.

His net worth is believed to be around $2.6 billion, according to a Forbes estimate in September 2023, and most of his assets are tied up in his sprawling real estate and golf empire.

The Republican presidential frontrunner, according to Forbes, has $640 million in cash and assets and $870 million in golf clubs ands resorts.

His New York real estate is worth $690 million and his social media and brand businesses are worth $160 million.

New York Attorney General Letitia James brought the case against Donald Trump, she is seen here last month

Speaking outside his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, Trump went on the offense and lashed out at Engoron and Attorney General Letitia James.

The former President said: ‘A crooked New York state judge has ruled that I have to pay a fine of $355 million dollars for having built a perfect company.

‘There was no fraud, the banks all got there money. They love Trump, they testified that Trump is a great customer. The judge knows that, he’s just a corrupt person.

‘Letitia James is a horribly corrupt Attorney General, and its all having to do with election interference. There was no victims, the banks made a lot of money.

The Trump Organization called the ruling a ‘gross miscarriage of justice’, accused New York Attorney General Letitia James of ‘overreach’ and said Deutsche Bank made ‘hundreds of millions’ doing business with them.

‘Every member of the New York business community, no matter the industry, should be gravely concerned with this gross overreach and brazen attempt by the Attorney General to exert limitless power where no private or public harm has been established.

‘If allowed to stand, this ruling will only further expedite the continuing exodus of companies from New York.’
