Jadé Tuncdoruk has been called out for sharing her extravagant Christmas wish list on social media as the country faces a cost-of-living crisis.

The influencer, 28, recently posted a photo of a $52,000 Cartier watch to Instagram and revealed she had added the item to her wish list.

‘Today I made a very optimistic Christmas wish list,’ she wrote, tagging the brand.

Outspoken the Podcast hosts Amy, Sophie and Kate Taeuber, have now called out Tuncdoruk’s ‘unrealistic’ list as the cost-of-living crisis spirals out of control.

‘I don’t think making the promotion around this being an item that you would want for Christmas is relatable or reasonable, particularly in the cost of living crisis,’ one host said.

They then questioned the influencer’s intentions and claimed she may be trying to land a sponsorship deal with the luxury brand.

‘This is becoming a pet peeve of mine, people trying to get free s**t so they put up a question box and ask [what product is best]. Just google it or ask a friend,’ another added.

One admitted: ‘It’s always funny when you see people do that and a week later they are tagging the brand.’

It comes just weeks after former Bachelor star Snezana Wood was also slammed for promoting designer jeans.

The 42-year-old shared a series of photos to Instagram of herself posing in Victoria Beckham denim jeans, which retail for $790 and wrote: ‘The wear test, my way’.

However, some fans called out the reality star for promoting such an expensive item.

‘$790 seriously real people can’t afford that ,’ one person commented.

‘And we all have $790 to spend on ONE pair of jeans! This is not realistic for most people,’ another said.

‘I wouldn’t pay that for a pair of jeans. I don’t care how comfortable they are,’ a third wrote.

‘They would want to be comfortable for $700 bloody ridiculous,’ another said.

‘But the price,’ one person commented, adding a shocked emoji.
