Top Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik will deliver forceful remarks at the 2024 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) defending Donald Trump from the deep state’s many attempts to keep him out of power.

Stefanik plans to praise Donald Trump – who she has long supported – and fiercely defend him amid his many legal battles as rumors swirl about whether she could be tapped as potential running mate for the former president.

‘I’m proud to be the first Member of Congress to endorse President Trump for re-election,’ Stefanik is expected to say Friday according to her remarks obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com.

‘I have stood in the breach for President Trump, for the Constitution, and most importantly for you – the people – in some of toughest fights of our Republic.’

She will go on to say that the ‘closer’ Trump gets to victory in 2024, the ‘dirtier’ the Democrats and ‘corrupt prosecutors’ will get. That includes the many lawsuits he’s facing and the whopping $355 million penalty he was just ordered to pay in his New York civil fraud case.

‘They will stop at nothing, and I mean nothing in their attempt to steal this next election,’ she plans to tell an adoring GOP crowd sure to be fired up about Trump’s never-ending legal woes.

Stefanik, who serves as the Chair of the House Republican Conference, will also gravely warn that Biden’s ‘deep state’ administration is working to take down conservatives.

‘If they weaponize the government against President Trump, they can weaponize it against you. And they have.’

According to shocking documents exposed by House Republicans, the Department of Justice has pursued investigations against Christians, parents, gun owners and more.

‘Joe Biden’s weaponized DOJ has targeted Catholics, gun owners, conservatives, and even parents at school board meetings,’ she is expected to say.

The New York Republican is a member of the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, which has been investigating federal agencies who have allegedly used their powers to censor and target the Biden administration’s opponents.

Her remarks at CPAC fiercely backing Trump comes as the battle for who could be his next vice presidential pick heats up.

Earlier this week, Trump floated several potential running mates during an interview with Fox News’ Laura Ingraham.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, Sen. Tim Scott, R-S.C., Rep. Byron Donalds, R-Fla., former Democrat Tulsi Gabbard, entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy and South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem were all on Trump’s shortlist of potential vice presidents.

‘Honestly all of those people are good,’ Trump said of the potential running mates. ‘They’re all good, they’re all solid.’

Stefanik, notably, was not on the shortlist of candidates mentioned but she is widely expected to still be in the running for his No. 2 spot.

The New York Republican will also remind the conservative audience about her infamous takedown of Ivy League presidents over their anti-Semitic remarks.

Stefanik, a Harvard graduate, sparred with University of Pennsylvania President Liz Magill and former Harvard President Claudine Gay during a congressional hearing last year.

‘I’ve been in a lot of high profile hearings over the years but this was the most morally bankrupt testimony that I have ever witnessed,’ Stefanik is expected to say.

‘Does calling for the genocide of Jews violate your university’s code of conduct on bullying or harassment?’ she asked the Ivy League presidents in a December hearing on antisemitism.

Both Magil and Claudine answered that it depended on the context – testimony that would eventually lead, at least in part, to their resignations.

Magil resigned four days after testifying before Congress and Gay resigned nearly a month after.

‘It is now the most viewed testimony in the history of the United States Congress with billions of views,’ Stefanik will say.

‘I graduated from Harvard – but that’s not the achievement, the achievement is graduating from Harvard and staying a conservative.’

‘These are the same so-called ‘elite’ schools that rank last when it comes to defending freedom of speech. They gleefully cancel conservatives simply for being pro-life or standing up for election integrity, and yet they fail to condemn the genocide of Jews.’

‘We must stop the flow of taxpayer dollars to these dens of antisemitism. We must account for every dollar of foreign funding flowing into these schools and we will end the tax breaks that have incentivized this moral rot on campus.’

Stefanik is scheduled to address CPAC at 3:30 p.m. EST on Friday.
