HGTV star Drew Scott and his wife Linda Phan have welcomed their second child.
The 46-year-old property expert and his 39-year-old spouse shared the joyful news that they are now parents to a daughter named Piper.
‘We are over the moon,’ they said on social media on Wednesday. They already have a son named Parker, aged two.
‘Piper is healthy, Linda is healthy, and seeing Parker excited to be a big brother is adorable,’ it was added.
‘He’s curious, helpful and maybe a little jealous. We got him his own baby doll so he can take care of his baby while we take care of ours.’
Drew’s brother Jonathan Scott is engaged to his girlfriend of five years, Elf actress Zooey Deschanel.

The couple wed in 2018.
They announced in January that they were expecting their second child.
Scott shared a sweet photo of his son Parker placing one hand on his mother’s growing baby bump.
‘Round 2,’ the TV personality, best known for co-hosting the TV series Property Brothers, captioned the snap. ‘I hope Parker’s ready for a lil company❤️❤️.’
Previously Scott revealed on his podcast, At Home, that fatherhood has been ‘amazing.’
‘It’s this immediate love and this feeling you need to do everything you can to make them feel safe and make them feel loved,’ he raved in 2022, just weeks after welcoming his first.
He and Phan also discussed how her 44-hour labor almost got ‘dangerously long.’

Eventually, despite being ‘terrified of needles’, she accepted an epidural.
‘It seems like such a blur now,’ she admitted. ‘Just being in the moment, I think that’s all you can do. I felt oddly calm for the most part. Like I was just flowing through it.’
Speaking of their son being born on their anniversary, Scott joked Parker knew he was ‘stealing the show.’
‘It’s no longer about you and me on our anniversary,’ he quipped. Meanwhile, Phan said ‘he made it just in time to celebrate with us.’
This comes after Drew’s brother Jonathan Scott revealed that he became a ‘blubbering mess’ after popping the question to Zooey Deschanel.
The 45-year-old television personality and the 44-year-old actress became engaged during a trip to Edinburgh, Scotland, that took place in 2023.
The HGTV star told Page Six that he intended to surprise the performer while they visited a castle.
Scott recalled: ‘We went up to this beautiful bluff overlooking the city, and this pipe band is playing. And then all of a sudden a guitar steps forward and started playing Neil Young, our song, Harvest Moon, and she’s like, “Wait, what?”‘
The media figure then stated that Deschanel’s daughter Elsie, eight, and her son Charlie, six, ‘pulled up a banner that said, “Will you marry me?”‘

The contractor expressed that, while his partner simply ‘cried and…said yes,’ he turned into a ‘blubbering mess’ after she accepted his proposal.
Scott concluded by humorously predicting that his upcoming wedding ceremony would be equally emotional.
‘The wedding is going to be a disaster because I will not be able to get through,’ he said.

The happy couple initially met while filming an episode of Carpool Karaoke in 2019.
Scott was formerly married to Kelsy Ully, and their marriage lasted from 2007 until 2013.
Deschanel’s first marriage was with Death Cab For Cutie frontman Ben Gibbard, and the pair remained together from 2009 until 2012.
She was subsequently married to Jacob Pechenik, with whom she shares Elsie and Charlie, from 2015 until 2020.
Scott and Deschanel eventually began seeing each other, and they revealed their engagement to the public by sharing posts on their respective Instagram accounts.
The HGTV star spoke about his plans for his upcoming wedding ceremony during an interview with Entertainment Tonight and stated that he, as well as his future wife, were taking a hands-on approach to organizing the event.
‘Zooey and I are gonna plan it ourselves, so yeah, we throw some pretty good parties,’ he said.
The television personality concluded by expressing that he wanted to make sure that the event’s guests were thoroughly entertained.
‘I think the main thing for us is to throw a wicked awesome party,’ he remarked.
