alert-–-dr.-phil-makes-shocking-claim-about-kim-kardashian-and-kanye-west’s-custody-warAlert – Dr. Phil makes shocking claim about Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s custody war

Dr. Phil has weighed in on Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s escalating ‘nuclear war’ over their children, warning that Kim could face serious consequences if she doesn’t take legal action.

Their bitter feud erupted earlier this month when West ignored Kardashian’s objections and released a song featuring their 11-year-old daughter North alongside Diddy—who is awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

Reports later claimed Kardashian abruptly ended one of North’s visits with West upon learning that Andrew Tate, who is facing human trafficking charges in Romania, was set to be present.

West retaliated with a series of blistering rants on X, slamming Kardashian’s parenting and accusing a ‘white woman’ of controlling his ‘Black children.’

Now, insiders say Kardashian is considering filing for full custody of the four children she shares with West—North, Saint, nine, Chicago, seven, and Psalm, six.

Dr. Phil cautioned that failing to take legal action could have serious consequences.

‘If you need an emergency intervention, then you get an emergency intervention,’ he said of Kim and Kanye’s situation on the 2 Angry Men podcast.

‘What we don’t want is for these children to wind up in foster care because that system is broken.’

He pushed back on the assumption that their wealth would shield them from such a fate.

‘If you think, well, with this kind of money, they’re not gonna wind up in foster care—well, that’s wrong,’ he continued.

‘If the DCF (Department of Children and Families) gets involved and thinks one parent isn’t reacting while the other is unstable, they will take them. Now, they’re likely to place them with family members rather than strangers, but you don’t want these children left hanging out to dry.’

Meanwhile, Kim is preparing to take the stand in the upcoming trial of the Paris gang accused of robbing her at gunpoint in 2016, DailyMail.com confirmed.

In the shocking $10 million heist, Kardashian was bound, gagged, and locked in a bathroom while thieves ransacked her penthouse suite, making off with her lavish jewelry collection, including the $4 million engagement ring West gave her.

The 12 defendants—dubbed Kardashian’s Twelve in a nod to the Ocean’s film series—are currently free, having been released from their high-security remand cells ahead of trial.

At the center of the case is Aomar Aït Khedache, 69, a career criminal known as ‘Old Omar’ in French media, who has openly admitted to masterminding the robbery. One of his key accomplices, Yunice Abbas, 72, even wrote a tell-all book titled I Kidnapped Kim Kardashian.

The so-called ‘Grandpa Robbers’ are set to stand trial in April, with Kardashian scheduled to deliver her testimony to the jury in May.

The upcoming court date comes in the wake of her dramatic feud with her ex-husband Kanye West, whom she left in 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage.

Their battle of wills burst into the public eye earlier this month after West disregarded Kardashian’s objections and dropped a song featuring their 11-year-old daughter North along with Diddy, who is awaiting trial on charges including sex trafficking.

Sources then claimed Kardashian ended one of North’s visits with her father because self-described misogynist Andrew Tate was going to be present with his brother Tristan.

The alleged episode with the Tates – who are facing charges in Romania including human trafficking and sex with a minor – is said to have prompted Kardashian to call an emergency custody hearing.

West aimed a string of scathing rants at Kardashian on X last week, attacking her parenting and complaining that a white woman was in ‘control’ of his ‘black children.’

A source claimed Kardashian and her children were worried West was ‘sinking further down’ mentally amid the former couple’s explosive clash, via Page Six.

The insider alleged West, who maintains he was incorrectly diagnosed with bipolar disorder, was ‘obviously not taking his meds, if he was we wouldn’t be here.’

After his outbursts on X, West, 47, is purported to have flown to Tokyo.
