Miley Cyrus was spotted out in Los Angeles on Tuesday – after it was revealed that her father Billy Ray Cyrus is divorcing his wife of seven months, Firerose.
The Hannah Montana alum, 31, looked downcast as made her way to a music studio carrying a pink Trader Joe’s cooler bag.
She appeared makeup-free with her brunette curls secured out of her face with a claw clip.
As for her outfit, Miley was dressed casually in a black button-up jacket, baggy jeans and suede Adidas sneakers.
Miley’s relationship with her father has been strained amid a rumored family feud that saw her snub him in her Grammys acceptance speech back in February.

Billy Ray Cyrus and Firerose split: Singer, 62, requests ANNULMENT claiming fraud
Hours before Miley stepped out in LA, TMZ reported that Billy Ray is splitting from Firerose, 34, following just seven months of marriage.
The singer, 62, wed his n wife back in October 2023 but filed for divorce in late May.
Court docs reveal that Billy Ray is requesting an annulment, alleging the marriage was entered into fraudulently.
He cited ‘inappropriate marital conduct’ and ‘irreconcilable differences’ as reasons for the split. The singer also listed the date of separation as May 22, 2024.
The docs state that Billy Ray gave his spouse until May 24 to leave their Tennessee home and paid $500 per night for 10 days for temporary housing for Firerose.
Next, Billy Ray will fork over $5,000 a month to Firerose for a period of 90 days or until their divorce in finalized for her to find a more permanent housing option in the area. This payment will be given on the first of each month.
Firerose was his third wife – he was married to Cindy Smith from 1986 until 1991 and Miley’s mom Tish from 1993-2022.
The divorce case notes there are no minor children between them.
Tish – who shares three children – including Miley – with the Achy Breaky Heart hitmaker – wed Prison Break star Dominic Purcell in 2023.
Billy and Firerose had previously gushed about their romance and the unexpected way they met and eventually got married.
On an episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show last year, Clarkson asked the couple about the story of how they met, with Firerose saying: ‘It’s actually a funny story because I was walking out of an audition on Sunset Gala in Hollywood.’
The couple met each other on a Los Angeles street while Billy was with his dog and Firerose was coming out of an audition.
‘[He] was the most beautiful German shepherd you’ve ever seen,’ said Firerose, ‘he was tapped into some divine purpose because we were, at the time, just friends and all these years later…that was 14 years ago. All these years later, we just got married.’
Their wedding took place over a year after they initially announced their engagement, and almost two years after Billy Ray’s divorce from Tish Cyrus.

The hitmaker said ‘I do’ to the Aussie songstress earlier this month, just two months after his ex-wife, Tish, married Prison Break star, Dominic Purcell in August.
In the caption of a joint Instagram post with his new wife, Billy sweetly penned, ’10/10/23 will always be the beautiful, joyous day that our two souls united as one in holy matrimony.’
Cyrus expressed, ‘It was the most perfect, ethereal celebration of love we could have ever imagined.’
‘For both of us to hear the preacher say, ‘Billy Ray and Firerose Cyrus… I now pronounce you husband and wife’ that was the sacred moment our new forever began. Long Live Love! ❤️.’
The two notably collaborated on the track called, New Day, which was released in 2021 and the pair also performed the song together on a number of talk shows.
Cyrus and Firerose also worked on the track, Plans, which they sang together on Good Morning America in September.
In August 2022, Billy proposed to Firerose, however, he didn’t confirm their engagement until later that same year in November.
He is now embroiled in a family feud with his daughter Miley.
