Demi Moore’s daughter Rumer Willis has revealed that she and her two sisters have a group chat that is entirely dedicated to hyping up their famous mother.
The 35-year-old daughter of Demi, 61, and Bruce Willis, 69, opened up about her mother’s recent career successes during an appearance on the Today show on Thursday, when she gushed about how amazing it has been to see the actress’s ‘dreams come true’.
Rumer – who recently welcomed her first child – then went on to reveal that she and her two sisters, Tallulah, 30, and Scout, 32, are so dedicated to celebrating their mom that they have a text chain with her in which they regularly heap praise on her red carpet looks.
Entitled ‘Lineage of Females’, the mom-of-one – who father Bruce Willis is currently battling a rare and serious form of dementia – the group thread provides the Ghost actress’s daughters with a place to hype up their mother.
One such look was showcased on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival, where Demi received a 13-minute standing ovation for her flick The Substance, a moment that Rumer said left her overwhelmed with pride.

The new mom-of-one (seen with her siblings and mom in March) admitted that she, Tallulah, 30, and Scout, 32, are in a group message with the Ghost actress titled, ‘Lineage of Females’
But the ovation was not the only aspect of Cannes that caught Rumer’s attention – with the new mom revealing that she, Tallulah, and Scout, made sure to tell Demi just how ‘amazing’ she looked at the premiere event.
‘We’re like, “Oh my god, mom, mom, mom, this is amazing, you look iconic!” We’re losing our minds,’ she recalled.
The new mom – who recently welcomed daughter, Louetta – added that becoming a mom has made her reflect on all of the things Demi did and the love she has for her.
She gushed about her doting mother, saying she is in the midst of a ‘Demi-ssance’, before praising the actress for the ‘sacrifices’ she made to take care of her.
‘I think we can be so harsh on our mom’s sometimes and the love I feel for [my daughter], I had this moment where I went to my mom’s house and I cried,’ she explained.
‘I just remembered that the love that I feel for her, is what she felt for me,’ she explained.
She added that she an immense amount of pride and respect for her mother – as she noted that Demi had given up many things to focus on being a loving mom.
‘I think especially my mom, when we were growing up in Idaho, she really took some time off to be with us,’ Rumer.
She even admitted that she and her sisters created a group chat to rave about their mom’s red carpet looks

‘And it almost unlocks that kind of little kid, girl dad thing. He’s so sweet with her. I saw him with my sisters, my little sisters,’ she added.
Speaking of how Bruce and her mother have been as grandparents, she said: ‘Honestly, seeing them with her, it almost unlocks all of these childhood memories because being a grandparent, I think, is the best.’
