Demi Moore is still taking time to enjoy life’s simple pleasures amid a very successful award season – treating her beloved dog to a play date in Beverly Hills.
The devoted fur mom and first time Oscar-nominee was seen stepping out with her micro-Chihuahua Pilaf as she met up with a male friend who brought his own pooch along for some fun in the winter sun.
The actress, 62, who is on track to snag her first Oscar for her stellar performance in The Substance, looked casual but stylish in a pink puffer jacket, black jeans, and oxford shoes.
She accessorized with a trendy animal print scarf and color-tinted designer sunglasses.
The Hollywood star beamed as she greeted her pal with a warm embrace, while their two pups got acquainted with each other on the lawn, exclusive DailyMail.com photos show.
They were joined by Demi’s daughter, Scout Willis, 33, who was also in high spirits and at one point was seen jumping for joy.

Scout, the second of Demi’s three daughters with ex-husband Bruce Willis, wore baggy black jeans, a black crop top, and sipped from her boxed water.
After hanging out for a while and letting their pets play, the trio were seen taking off towards the airport in a car that was stacked with suitcases as she planned to travel to London for Sunday’s BAFTAS where she was beaten out for Best Actress by Mikey Madison.
Demi is next due to head to Texas to start filming season 2 of her hit TV show Landman, which co-stars Billy Bob Thornton.
The upcoming project will require Demi to set time aside from her Oscar campaign, however she has already endured a very busy award season.
She is currently in pole position to win Best Actress, according to movie analysts and betting sites.
Just a few days before her outing, Moore had attended the 24th Annual AARP Movies for Grownups Awards in Beverly Hills.

Moore has close links to Penn, who was previously married to her good friend Madonna, from 1985 until 1989.
They both also starred in the 1989 film We’re No Angels featuring Robert De Niro.
The ceremony was hosted by Alan Cumming at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel – and the show will later be broadcast by PBS on Great Performances later this month on February 23, according to Deadline.
The Ghost actress paused for a brief photo session upon arriving to the venue and later accepted the win for Best Actress for her role in The Substance.
Last week, the raven-haired beauty also received the Critics Choice Award for Best Actress, but at the BAFTAS Madison bested her for her role as a sex worker struggling in her marriage to a Russian oligarch in Anora.

She gave an inspirational acceptance speech at the Critics’ Choice Awards saying on stage: ‘When I started the journey of this film, I could never imagine being here. This is so far beyond anything that I could have hoped for.’
Demi also added that, ‘for anybody out there who is still on their journey, still struggling to find their way trying to get a script made or whatever it is that you do.’
‘Just because it hasn’t happened, doesn’t mean it isn’t happening. So just stick with it and know that dreams do come true.’
Last month she garnered a Golden Globe for Best Actress – and gave a moving speech as she recalled how a producer had once called her a ‘popcorn actress’ in the past.
Moore added she felt ‘this wasn’t something that I was allowed to have, that I could do movies that were successful, that made a lot of money, but that I couldn’t be acknowledged.’
Demi has also scored nominations for awards from BAFTA, Independent Spirit and Screen Actors’ Guild.
