The suspect involved in a ‘targeted terror attack’ against pro-Israel demonstrators shouted ‘we have to end Zionists’ moments after setting them on fire, chilling video reveals.

The incident took place about 1.30pm local time on Sunday at Pearl Street Mall as the targets gathered to honor hostages still held in Gaza.

A shirtless man who was pacing back and forth and awaiting their arrival began launching makeshift Molotov cocktails at civilians. He was later identified by the FBI as Mohamed Sabry Soliman.

Moments after the incident, Soliman was filmed launching an extraordinary tirade against Jewish people, shouting at the victims: ‘How many children you killed?’

Then turning his attention to the crowd which had gathered, he continued: ‘We have to end Zionists. They are killers.’

According to an organizer of the peaceful protest, at least five people were set alight, with one woman forced to throw herself on the ground and roll back and forth in an effort to extinguish the flames on her body.

The victims were all rushed to hospital, where they are now being treated for varying injuries. At least one remains in a critical condition.

Demonstrator who has participated in weekly pro-Israel walks says they never expected to be attacked

Sometimes they were heckled, often they were praised and clapped by onlookers. Whatever reception they received, they never expected to be attacked.

Sharing details of Sunday’s chilling events, he said: ‘So we stood up, lined up in front of the old Boulder courthouse, and I was actually on the far west side.

‘And there was somebody there that I didn’t even notice, although he was making a lot of noise, but I’m just focused on my job of being quiet and getting lined up.

‘From my point of view, all of a sudden, I felt the heat.

‘It was a Molotov cocktail equivalent, a gas bomb in a glass jar, thrown. Av [another marcher] saw it, a big flame as high as a tree, and all I saw was someone on fire.’

While another participant who had medical experience rushed in to help the victim, Victor stayed back with her husband, providing him comfort.
