Chrishell Stause jazzed up a Snapchat party held at Dante at the Maybourne Hotel in Beverly Hills on Tuesday evening.

The Selling Sunset star looked glamorous in a sheer black skirt with matching top and high heels.

The former soap opera star sat down with Jim Shepherd, Snap’s Director of Global Content Partnerships, to share that season nine of her show Selling Sunset from Netflix has already wrapped.

And she added that season nine won’t take very long to come out as the editing process will be fast this time around, DailyMail.com learned after saying the season will be ‘explosive.’

Selling Sunset season nine will debut later this year, she added at the event which DailyMail.com attended.

She also talked at the event about how happy she was using Snapchat during her time on The Traitors because it allowed her to make extra money.

Her wife G Flip was not at the event, but was waiting for Chrishell in the lobby.

During the chat with Jim, Chrishell said the creator she would most like to collaborate with is David Dobrik, and she added she’s ‘gotta get him on season 9 [of Selling Sunset].’

On posting content: ‘I really love that Snapchat is the in-between moments. I don’t have to stress about it being perfect. My Instagram is a little curated but on Snapchat I feel like I’m FaceTiming my friends.’

On making money on Snapchat by posting behind-the-scenes videos and exclusive Traitors commentary: ‘People are watching [Traitors] on Peacock and Peacock is making a lot of money.

‘It’s nice to be able to make some money on it as well, so thank you Snapchat. Everyone follow me on Snapchat. @chrishell777.’

She said she worries about her friends on TikTok because the app went down for a while earlier this year and tells them to ‘not put your eggs in one basket, diversify as much as you can.’

Stause then joked she was willing to take on new clients if anyone in the room was up for it: ‘I am an actual realtor, if you want to buy or sell $4 million or above call me, I am kidding. It’s a lot of work to be a realtor. I just sold Jojo Siwa’s house.’

‘My latest listing is $28 million, I like to be inside and look around these big homes,’ she added.

As far as Traitors she said she had fun doing the show. ‘I have a lot of Traitors fans now because they follow me on Snap.’

Chrishell also said her favorite Snap Star is Francesca.

Also at the event was Yung Gravy, Jordan The Stallion, Don Benjamin, Cheyenne Davis, Brooke Monk, Adam Waheed, Catherine Paiz, Liane V and Jesse Sullivan.

This comes after Stause said she was ‘frozen in fear’ amid the Los Angeles wildfires.

The 43-year-old TV star has revealed that she froze-up when the wildfires started closing-in on the home that she shares with G Flip, her partner.

During an appearance on ‘Sherri, Chrishell said: ‘When we did need to evacuate, there was a fire kind of like right in our backyard. It was just immediately like, ‘You gotta go.”

Chrishell admitted to being frozen by fear, after witnessing a similar incident during her childhood.

The ‘Selling Sunset’ star – who married G Flip in 2023 – shared: ‘When I was 12, I did watch my house burn down – but that’s something you don’t think about. It happened so long ago.’

Chrishell acknowledged that she needed ‘a little kick in the butt’ from her partner, before she began evacuating her property.

She shared: ‘You don’t know how you’re gonna react. I think I would’ve liked to have thought I’m good in an emergency case. But this kinda showed me, I really needed a little kick in the butt, and G was there to keep me focused and so it was just nice to have them.’

Chrishell works as an estate agent, and she’s acknowledged that Los Angeles faces a housing crisis in the coming months and years.

The reality TV star admitted that there won’t be a quick fix to the looming crisis in the city’s housing sector.

She said: ‘I’m gonna be honest, the devastation is on a level where it is going to take time. But we are lobbying to try and make things go quicker than normal.’
