Brazilian YouTuber PC Siqueira was found dead in his apartment in São Paulo just days two days after he posted a heartbreaking Christmas Day message on social media.
The 37-year-old influencer, whose real name was Paulo Goular, was with his ex-girlfriend when he died by suicide, according to the police.
The 27-year-old woman, whose name has not been released, told investigators that PC Siqueira ‘pushed her’ in an altercation, and that once she noticed that he was dying, she ran out of the home to seek help from a neighbor, who called the police, Brazilian news outlet Metropoles reported.
Authorities and paramedics arrived at the apartment and pronounced him dead.
Police recovered evidence that showed that he had died by suicide.
The medical examiner said Thursday that PC Siqueira died from an overdose of ‘controlled and prohibited substances’ and asphyxiation.
Authorities found cocaine, alcohol and medicine in the apartment.

His ex-girlfriend confirmed that they had been living together after they decided to terminate their one and a half-year relationship just two days before he died by suicide.
The woman, PC Siqueira’s family said, visited his home Tuesday to talk to him.
She said that PC Siqueira had been drinking alcohol and was mixing it with prescription medication and drugs, and spent Wednesday ‘drugged.’
She said that he was in a state of agitation and aggression before he died.
The family said that the former couple had taken drugs before the YouTuber’s death.
PC Siqueira, who his family said was battling depression, alarmed his Instagram followers with a video post on Monday, indicating he didn’t have anyone to celebrate Christmas with.
‘I want to wish a Merry Christmas to everyone there, especially to the people who, like me, will not celebrate and will spend it as if it were any other day,’ he said. ‘Merry lonely Christmas to you, happy lonely New Year to you too. We are together. We are not alone.’
He added a caption that read: ‘Merry Christmas to those of you who don’t have a family, don’t have many friends or don’t have the money to throw a party. You are not alone!’
PC Siqueira nearly died in March when he attempted suicide, but firefighters saved his life.

In 2020, the São Paulo Public Security Secretariat opened an investigation after the YouTuber said he had received naked photos of a six-year-old child.
The pictures had been sent to his Instagram account by the child’s mother.
At the time, PC Siqueira defended himself on social media: ‘I was taken by surprise when I saw my name being used by a criminal organization, which tried to accuse me of something terrible, which I never committed or would commit.’
Brazilian news outlet G1 reported that the case was still open as of December 6.
PC Siqueira had more than 2 million subscribers on his YouTube channel.
He had previously worked as a host with MTV Brasil, PlayTV and TBS Brasil.
‘It’s an unexpected thing, no one expects someone to do something like that,’ one of his aunts told Metropoles.
