The telly favourite, 30, shrieked as he entered to be greeted by cheers from family and friends following his stint in the iconic house.
David was dressed to impress in a colourful blazer as he headed to what he thought was a regular lunch, and flashed his legs in yet another pair of tiny shorts.
His arrival was captures by pals the reality star was in such shock he had to turn away while chocking back tears.
The bar was lavishly decorated with balloons and had a DJ on the decks with cocktail and food served to all the guests.

It comes after revealed that Celebrity Big Brother will return for a second series as ITV bosses prepare to sign off a sequel.

‘Nothing has formally been commissioned yet but everyone is looking to go again and the search is already on for the perfect housemates.’
