Carrie Bickmore has sold her stunning five-bedroom, three-bathroom Byron Bay property, almost one year following her split with partner Chris Walker.
The former Project host’s holiday home, which was recently used as an Airbnb rental, went under the hammer on December 19 for $4.3million.
The spacious 939sqm property was listed last month with an asking price of $3.65million, giving Bickmore a profit of $650,000.
Close to restaurants and a shopping centre, the contemporary house features a timber deck, entertainment area and an in-ground swimming pool.
It also offers multiple living areas, a central kitchen that overlooks a heritage-style fireplace, as well as a home office that converts to a fifth bedroom.

Beyond its stylish interiors, the large backyard and alfresco deck is the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings.
A separate studio on the property offers a kitchenette, bathroom, and an outdoor shower and bath.
Interested buyers had until December 12 to register their interest if they wanted their own slice of coastal paradise, which came true for one eager buyer.

Bickmore and her ex-husband bought the home for $3million in January 2018 and added a pool deck and spa to the property, which cost approximately $100,000.
In January this year, it was announced Bickmore had split from her partner of 11 years.
The TV and radio presenter confirmed their split in an Instagram post, saying they was now focused on co-parenting their three children, Ollie, 16, Evie, eight, and Adelaide, five.
The news came just one month after Bickmore hosted her last episode of Channel 10’s The Project, after stepping down because she wanted to spend more evenings at home with her family.
‘It’s with immense sadness that Chris and I have decided to separate,’ she wrote at the time.

‘While this is a tough time, our focus is on parenting, loving and supporting our three children with everything we’ve got.’
While the news came as a shock to fans, Bickmore – who just weeks before the announcement was pictured with her children at the beach in Byron Bay – had hinted at her private struggles in a farewell letter to The Project’s hair and makeup team after quitting the show in November.
In a handwritten note to her glam squad, the mother-of-three thanked them for helping her get through some of the most challenging times in her life.
Meanwhile, Bickmore has since sparked relationship rumours with her radio co-host Tommy Little.

Fans were begging the couple to confirm an alleged romance, especially after they enjoyed a trip to France together.
In June, they hosted their Hit FM radio show from the ‘City of Love’, which had fans convinced that they are romantically involved.
‘Can you guys just become a couple already? The chemistry between you two is out of this world and you can hear it on the radio’, an Instagram user commented on a video of Tommy and Carrie exploring Paris.

‘They make a cute couple. I’m convinced there is a little tryst going on,’ another user wrote, while someone else added: ‘Can’t wait until the big secret comes out about you two’.
While Bickmore and Walker have been separated for 11 months now, Little has reportedly been single since his breakup with girlfriend Natalie Kyriacou in 2021.
Little rushed to the mother-of-three’s side in January when she confirmed her breakup, leading insiders to speculate their friendship could evolve into something more.
