Reality star Brody Jenner tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, pro surfer Tia Blanco on Saturday, with the guest list including his parent Caitlyn Jenner.
Jenner, 75, was spotted at the wedding, held at his ex and Brody’s mother Linda Thompson’s home in Malibu over the weekend, just a day after she was spotted on a grocery run with friends.
There were numerous reports that revealed Caitlyn was among the 60 or 70 guests invited to the event, though it seems she committed a classic wedding faux pas.
Caitlyn – who transitioned from Bruce back in April 2015 and revealed her new name Caitlyn in July 2015 – was spotted wearing an all-white gown to the ceremony in a video shared to social media.
The color white is traditionally only reserved for the bride or at times the entire bridal party if it’s a white-themed affair.
In April, a new Vogue piece said that wearing white to a wedding, ‘should be actively avoided,’ though that seemingly didn’t stop Caitlyn this weekend.

Aside from the wedding staff in white dress shirts and a young man casually dressed in a white T-shirt with a backwards black baseball cap, no one else in the image was wearing white.
Neither Brody nor his 28-year-old newlywed have spoken publicly about the wedding at this time, or about Caitlyn’s outfit.
Bridal stylist Anny Choi told Vogue back in April that, ‘the simple answer is no, unless the invite calls for it.’
Another stylist, Micaela Erlanger, added, ‘As long as the main color doesn’t read as white, you’re in the clear.’
Jenner is still in mourning as well after the shocking death of her longtime friend Sophia Hutchins in early July.
Hutchins was just 29 years old when she was riding an ATV that collided with a moving car, throwing her down a ravine.
Sophia was also transgender, coming out in 2016, citing Caitlyn as an inspiration for her to come out.

She ultimately moved into Jenner’s $3.5 million Malibu mansion in 2017, and while there were often rumors of a romance between them, those rumors were swiftly debunked.
Hutchins started working as Jenner’s manager, a role she took over from Caitlyn’s ex Kris Jenner after their split.
Back in 2018, Sophia also fueled the flames by referring to Caitlyn as her ‘partner’ and even admitted that they were ‘inseparable’.
‘I wouldn’t describe it as romantic. I would describe it as we’re partners, business partners – I’m the executive director of her foundation,’ Hutchins dished on an episode of The Hidden Truth Show podcast.
‘We have so much in common and see the world so similarly, and are both such a good match for each other because we challenge each other. We’re partners in everything we do, we’re inseparable, we’re business partners, we live together, we share a dog, we share family, we share a life together,’ Sophia said.
