The Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover star was recently spotted ‘hitting the town’ in the Hamptons.
This past weekend, Nader spent time with Kim Kardashian’s best friend Simon Huck at his lavish Montauk home, where she ‘was ‘hanging with the gays.’

A source revealed at the time that the pair had been living apart for months.
They were last photographed together publicly in early February during a vacation to Mexico.
Notably, the model attended the recent 8th Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards solo on April 28.
Nader failed to acknowledge their most recent wedding anniversary on social media and Haire has not appeared on the model’s Instagram since December 2022.

The couple tied the knot back on December 14, 2019 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
They exchanged vows in front of 330 of their closest friends and family, a rep for Nader told PEOPLE.
Nader gushed about how ‘excited’ she was to finally ‘call [Haire] hubby’ and that she was looking forward to their future together.
‘We are also excited to just continue our adventures together. We’ve done a lot of fun traveling and look forward to doing even more.’
The wedding location was important to Nader as she is a Louisiana native and attended college at Tulane University.
‘I grew up in Louisiana and went to college in New Orleans for two years and love everything about the city,’ she told PEOPLE ahead of the nuptials.
The couple incorporated ‘some fun New Orleans traditions’ into their wedding, including a post-ceremony line parade.
‘It’s a staple for New Orleans weddings,’ she added.

They worked with wedding planner Leslie Campbell to merge their love of the ‘chic and modern’ with ‘a New Orleans flair.’
Nader walked down the aisle in stunning strapless Pronovias Oberon bridal gown after trying on 50 different dresses.
‘I didn’t think it was going to be such a tough decision. But I searched for the perfect dress for months until I found the right one,’ she told the outlet of her choice.
Nader gushed that Haire was ‘so excited’ when he finally set his sights on her dress, which she’d kept hidden from him until their wedding day.
Although their wedding day went off without a hitch, the couple’s honeymoon had to be postponed until 2021 due to COVID-19 lockdown.
They enjoyed a romantic trip to the Maldives, which Nader documented on Instagram.
Last year, Nader detailed their disastrous first date at Bond Street in an interview with Sports Illustrated that ended with her in the hospital.
‘It was so embarrassing,’ she recalled. ‘I literally had one bite of sushi, sprinted into the restroom and threw up.
‘Billy became my emergency contact when I’d only known him for like two days,’ she continued.

Nader previously gushed that Haire, an advertising executive, understood the pressures of her modeling job and always supported her.
‘He’s busy, too,’ she explained. ‘He does his thing and although sometimes we are like ships passing in the night, it works perfectly for us.
‘And when we do get annoyed with each other, I’m probably about to jump on a plane.’
