Britney Spears poured her heart out with fans again in a vulnerable post reflecting on the ‘hardest years of my life’ – the ones she spent estranged from her two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston.
The Stronger singer, 43, endured a strained relationship with her children in recent years, with the pair even moving to Hawaii with their father, Kevin Federline in August 2023.
However, she has since reconciled with them, and in a candid new post described how her brief marriage to Sam Asghari ‘felt like a fake distraction’ to help her cope with the pain of being ‘cut off’ from her kids.
On Sunday, she shared another saucy nude snap (which was strategically taken in a way to preserve her modesty) as she described the pain of being separated from her children.
‘We’re just people so fragile and human the hardest years of my life were my two sons gone for those 3 years … I was cut off from calling or texting and I remember in shock my secret to survival was denial and a lot of tears its weird me and Sam were married but it almost felt like a fake distraction to help me deal with it …,’ she began.
Now, Britney has found healing through food, and sees nourishment as a defiant way of reclaiming her own power.

She apologized with a post featuring content of a purple and pink painted art piece. ‘I’m unknown, I’m a struggling artist who tries to find the best way to calculate emotions and heart VS common sense and intelligence,’ she wrote in the caption.

The former teen star confusingly added, ‘I’ve had two bathing suit thongs my whole life … I was telling my friend and she actually didn’t believe me … God bless.’
Despite the apology, the photo — which features singer’s bare backside as she poses in nothing but black boots — is still on her Instagram profile.
The comments of all her posts are routinely disabled.
