Three brazen women allegedly skipped out of a restaurant after enjoying a lavish meal of chicken wings, alfredo pasta and drinks to avoid the massive check, but made two fatal mistakes that caught them in their tracks.
The birthday celebration at trendy Chicago restaurant Soul Vibez ended when the three women from Rochester, New York, allegedly left without paying their bill of $262.11 – not including tip.
Surveillance footage revealed the moment the women exited the restaurant one-by-one within just 30 seconds of their server stepping away from the table. One suspect can be seen wearing a distinctive blue wig during the heist.
Chicago police investigating the so-called dine and dash had their jobs made easier after the masterminds failed to conceal their identities.
First, they provided their real names and phone numbers when adding themselves to the restaurant’s waitlist before being seated-which, as reported by FOX32.
The alleged thieves then took to social media to boast about their crime, actually tagging Soul Vibez in posts thanking them for the ‘free food.’
The owners of Soul Vibez, who operate five locations across the city, claim this incident is just the latest in a troubling trend of increasing dine-and-dash crimes affecting both their bottom line and their staff.
The owner shared footage of the dine and dashers to her personal Instagram, calling them out for their ‘disgraceful’ criminal act.

The trio visited Soul Vibez on Chicago’s Near North Side over the weekend where they ordered chicken wings, alfredo pasta and a flight of drinks before making their getaway

‘Go back to Rochester, NY with that we don’t do that in Chicago!!! You’re caught! Not only are one of you a chef and business owner yourself so you should know better!’
Chicago police have confirmed they are actively investigating the incident.
