Shark Tank star Mark Cuban has proved he’s really just a normal guy, despite his reported $5.7 billion net worth, because he shops at everyone’s favorite retail store, Target.
The 66-year-old businessman confirmed in August 2023 that he ‘knows Target very well’ because he shops there, but now he’s revealed what he actually buys when he goes to his local store.
Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, Cuban said it’s ‘so convenient’ for him to shop at Target because it’s located ‘about a mile’ from his house in North Dallas, Texas.
‘I can buy birthday and holiday cards, T-shirts, some electronics and toys,’ the billionaire said, before adding: ‘Basically stuff you realize you need in the middle of the day.’
The father-of-three, who recently sparked fury with comments he made on The View, told Axion News last year that he shops at Target – but categorically denied owning part of the retail corporation.

Fans can currently see Cuban on the 16th season of reality TV series Shark Tank, but this is actually the final series he’ll be investing in after confirming the news that he was quitting back in November 2023.
When asked how he feels about leaving the ABC program, which he has been a part of since 2011, Cuban told DailyMail.com: ‘I love the show in every way. It has inspired a generation of entrepreneurs and yes, I will miss it.’
Explaining why he decided to quit his role as a shark, Cuban added: ‘I wanted to spend time with my kids before they are on their own,’ referring to his three children; Alexis, 21, Alyssa, 18, and 15-year-old son Jake, whom he shares with his wife Tiffany Stewart.
His comments come just one day after he was heavily criticized for something he said about women during an appearance on The View this week.
Cuban stunned the daytime show’s hosts by claiming that Donald Trump does not surround himself with ‘intelligent women’ – and sparked a furious backlash from the former president’s inner circle.
Trump’s supporters tore into the businessman for his shocking comments on the ABC show just two days after President Joe Biden referred to MAGA fans as ‘garbage’.
‘Donald Trump – you never see him around strong, intelligent women, ever. It’s just that simple,’ the prominent Kamala Harris supporter said from inside one of his private jets.
‘It’s just that simple. They’re intimidating to him. He doesn’t like to be challenged by them.’

Host Joy Behar disagreed with Cuban, saying even Stormy Daniels ‘was smart’, and others were quick to hit out at the Shark Tank star.
Trump’s campaign immediately seized on the remarks as evidence to back its claim that Democrats, including Kamala Harris, despise voters who support the former president.
Following the backlash, Cuban took to X – formerly known as Twitter – on Thursday and posted: ‘When I said this during the interview, I didn’t get it out exactly the way I thought I did. So I apologize to anyone who felt slighted or upset by my response.
‘As I said, it wasn’t about Trump voters, supporters or employees. Current or former And, I set myself up for the 6 sec soundbite. No excuses. Can’t nail every interview.
‘My skin is thick enough. What bothers me though is that so many of the comments or media, in support of, or against me, has some level of insult attached to it. Not just here. But everywhere.
‘I’m not blaming anyone. We are where we are. Here is hoping that changes at least a little bit in a week. In the spirit of joy… I have to add that all the AI memes of me with the long hair crack me up. So there is a positive!’ he added.
