Billie Eilish paid tribute to her close pal Justin Bieber on his 30th birthday by sharing a throwback photo on her Instagram Story.
In the shot, the 22-year-old hitmaker affectionately placed her head on the Sorry singer’s shoulder as they hung out together outdoors with friends.
The Grammy Award-winning singer — who once broke up with a boyfriend after dreaming about Christian Bale — referred to Bieber as the ‘birthday boy’ in her post’s caption.
Eilish has been a fan of Bieber’s music ever since her early years, and the latter provided vocals for a remixed version of her 2019 track Bad Guy.
Although the original iteration of the track received critical acclaim, the remixed version of Bad Guy was met with mixed reviews from critics.

The performer shared her photo with Bieber just a week after revealing that her upcoming third studio album had been mastered by sharing a post on her Instagram account.
Eilish included three selfies and a mirror shot, all of which showed her wearing a ski mask covered in white stars, in her post.
The singer’s brother and frequent collaborator, Finneas O’Connell, revealed that her third album was officially in production during a 2021 interview with Rolling Stone.
The 26-year-old producer told the media outlet that he, as well as his sister, were exploring various musical ideas at the time.
‘We’ve got the net in the ocean, and we’re picking up detritus. And then you sift through all that, and you pick out the treasure, and then you have an album,’ he said.
The performer then stated that, although many of Eilish’s songs had not been fleshed out yet, there were still ‘interesting skeletons’ to work on.
O’Connell also expressed that he was ‘really excited’ about the project and remarked that he, as well as his sister, had ‘a lot to say’ with their new songs.
Eilish teased the release of new music during an interview with The Cookout that was released in December of last year.

She did state that, although the record was not close to being released, it was ‘getting there.’
The What Was I Made For? singer also expressed that the prospect of sharing new music with her fans was ‘very exciting.’
The release date for Eilish’s upcoming third album has not been announced as of yet.
