But the furore will no doubt fuel Bianca Censori’s penchant for stripping off, with Kanye West’s wife set to explore the boundaries between acceptability and obscenity as she makes her film debut, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.
Censori, 30, is playing the lead in a fictional art film, partly shot in Japan and co-created by her husband, 47, and their creative circle, with a focus on the female body as ‘something to showcase’.
‘Bianca is currently shooting a fictional art film,’ said a source close to the movie. ‘Kanye is not in it, but he has worked on the project.
‘This was an original idea that came from the collective mind of Bianca and Ye’s circle. She is the star and only lead character.’
Censori, who has been described as a ‘brilliant actress, a natural,’ is at the helm of the all-female cast.

‘The film is made up of large groups of women who together embody individual women,’ the source continued.
‘The message is interpretive. Shame over being naked is not natural to humans. The female body is something to showcase. Obscenity exists only in the mind.’
The controversial couple chose Japan as a setting as it has ‘always been a place of solace to them’.
Scenes shot in the socially conservative country recently wrapped, but filming will continue imminently at an undisclosed location.
West made mention of the film on X hours after their headline-grabbing red carpet stunt which saw Censori turn her back to photographers, drop her fur coat and expose her naked body underneath a sheer nude dress.
Meanwhile, West was fully clothed from head-to-toe in black and accessorised with dark glasses.
‘My wife’s first red carpet opened a whole new world,’ wrote the rap mogul. ‘I keep staring at this photo like I was staring in admiration that night Thinking wow I am so lucky to have a wife that is so smart talented brave and hot.
‘She took a break from shooting her first film to make a movie in real life.’

Kathleen Heffernan, a longtime collaborator of West is producing the movie.
Heffernan and West were both relatively infant in their careers when they first collaborated, before building up a repertoire of music videos which she executive produced, including All Your Fault and All Day/I Feel Like That in 2015, Fade the following year and I Love It – his collaboration with Lil Pump in 2018.
Heffernan studied French and art history at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. She also took fine art classes, including sculpture, painting and photography.
So, it is perhaps no surprise that she formed a relationship with West, and subsequently his wife Censori, who are somewhat obsessed with classical art and ‘obscenity’.
Earlier this week a friend described the couple’s shock exploit as ‘statement dressing’ to question the line between ‘simplicity and provocation.’
‘Bianca dresses as a statement, creating an ambiguous message between simplicity and provocation,’ they told DailyMail.com. ‘The look is about the simplicity of wearing nothing…
‘How can it be viewed as obscene? Classical art was full of obscenity. Obscenity does not come from a nude body but from an obscene mentality, which is unfortunately due to many factors throughout history. She does not think the look was inappropriate at all.’
The moment prompted calls for her arrest for indecent exposure, with many circulating a picture of a young child peeking out from behind the red carpet and catching a glimpse of her barely-there outfit.

Their friend brushed off the complaints and insisted that Censori ‘really doesn’t care what anyone thinks,’ adding that she is a ‘confident woman who is encouraged and supported by Ye,’ despite reports claiming she looked scared and is in a controlling relationship.
‘Together they are making a statement against the rest of the entertainment world,’ they said.
‘If Bianca had been arrested, it would have made their statement even stronger – but it would have been extremely unfair because she is not a criminal.’
Censori, who grew up in Melbourne, before relocating to the U.S.,may have avoided arrest, but her near-naked appearance was reportedly ‘greeted with horror’ by Japanese investors and nearly cost West his $20million Tokyo gigs.
‘The investors in Japan who are backing the concerts are extremely upset by this,’ an insider told Daily Mail. ‘It is highly likely that they will pull the funding for the shows.
‘He has greatly misjudged the tolerance of the Japanese people towards these activities. He’s just not welcome anymore. This will be a big blow for him because he has been living in Japan for around a year now, almost full time, and I guess he did not see this coming.’
West, who now goes by Ye, has talked often about his love for Japan where he once exiled himself when ‘all of America hated’ him for crashing Taylor Swift’s 2009 MTV Video Music Awards speech.
More recently he has been holed up in a Tokyo hotel room working on his delayed new album, Bully, which was initially scheduled for a pre-Christmas release.
