Beyoncé’s mother Tina Knowles furiously struck out at online critics accusing her daughter of lightening her skin in an Instagram video posted Tuesday.

Knowles, 69, was responding after some commenters on social media who complained that the 42-year-old superstar appeared to have lighter skin and also wore a platinum blond wig in a photo snapped from her appearance at the Renaissance concert film premiere.

Some had suggested that the hitmaker ‘was white now,’ while others complained that ‘she’s not a Black woman!’

‘I am sick and tired of people attacking her,’ Knowles wrote in a lengthy caption to the video in which she denied commenters’ concerns.

She also compared her daughters’ outfit to styles worn by Black entertainers going back at least as far as Etta James.

‘Came across this today and decided to post it after seeing all of the stupid ignorant self, hating racist statements about her, lightening her skin, and wearing platinum hair wanting to be white,’ Knowles began her lengthy caption.

She explained that Beyoncé’s look was solely for her Renaissance documentary, ‘where the whole theme is silver with silver hair, a silver carpet, and suggested silver attire and you bozos decide that she’s trying to be a white woman and is bleaching her skin?’

‘How sad is it that some of her own people continue the stupid narrative with hate and jealousy,’ she seethed. ‘Duh, she wore silver hair to match her silver dress as a fashion statement clown. ALIEN Superstar duh!’

Knowles was also upset that Beyoncé’s hairstylist Neal Farinah to learn more about the Break My Soul singer’s alleged desire ‘to be white.’

‘Well that made my blood boil,’ she continued.

Although she was lashing out at someone she took to be a white person, she also castigated Black commenters on social media who had accused her daughter of trying to lighten her skin, calling them ‘bozos.’

‘Lying and faking and acting like you’re so ignorant that you don’t understand That black women have worn platinum hair since the Etta James days,’ she wrote. ‘I just went and looked at all the beautiful talented black celebrities who have worn platinum hair and it has been just about everyone of them at one time or another. Are they all trying to be white?’

Knowles added that she was ‘sick and tired of people attacking her.’

‘Every time she does something that she works her a** off for and is a statement of her work ethic, talent and resilience. Here you sad little haters come out the woodwork,’ she wrote.

She accused her daughters critics of perpetuating ‘Jealousy and racism, sexism, double standards,’ instead of ‘celebrating a sister or just ignoring if you don’t like her.’

'I know that she is going to be pissed at me for doing this, but I am fed up!' she added. 'This girl minds her own business. She helps people whenever she can. She lifts up & promotes black women and underdogs at all times'

‘I am sick of you losers,’ she concluded while noting that the usually tight-lipped Beyoncé might not appreciate her mother speaking out on her behalf.

The clip Knowles post was soundtracked to Beyoncé’s song Brown Skin Girl, which was featured on her 2019 soundtrack album The Lion King: The Gift.

After highlighting Beyoncé’s Renaissance premiere look, the video included video clips and photos from throughout the years that showed Single Ladies singer throughout the years while highlighting darker hairstyles, including some instances in which she wore braids traditionally associated with African cultures.

Among those supporting Knowles in the comments were Insecure star Issa Rae, who cheered: ‘Go off!’

Robin Thede added: ‘LET THEM KNOW!!! The queen has only ever supported Black women and literally dedicates all she does to breaking down barriers for us in every arena!

‘She is a philanthropist, a mentor, a leader and a ground breaker. She is a FASHION ICON and anyone who doesn’t understand that she can use every color in the rainbow to create a look can kick rocks!’ she continued. ‘Do not delete your post! Leave it up so people can remember that you and your daughters are REAL PEOPLE who have done nothing to deserve the nasty things miserable idiots write! I’m sick of it!’

The actress Octavia Spencer also supported her.

‘@mstinaknowles You have raised beautiful, strong, intelligent black, PROUD TO BE BLACK women. Period,’ she wrote in the comments. ;Anyone who says otherwise has their own issues to deal with. I’m sorry you’ve come across the negative comments that people don’t realize is a reflection of how they feel about themselves.’

Wicked star Cynthia Erivo added: ‘Snaps to all this!!! You have EVERY right to stand behind your baby girl!!! Love you ❤️❤️❤️.’
