A man has been arrested after he was filmed smashing up a shopping centre in Sydney’s west.
The 23-year-old was seen throwing tables, chairs and pot plants at the mall on Jacobs Street in Bankstown at about 9.30pm on Friday.
At one point the man is seen chasing after whoever was filming him, with his pants falling down below his waist.
‘Hey come here mate!’ he is heard shouting. ‘Hey! Hey!’
The man then continued on his tirade hurling chairs high into the air, while a nearby security guard was seen walking calmly in the other direction.

‘He’s gone nuts,’ one shopper said. ‘Call the police.’
A NSW Police spokesperson confirmed to Daily Mail they were called to the shopping centre following reports a man was damaging property.
He was taken to Bankstown Police Station before being released for medical treatment.
The man is expected to be charged.
