Readers were in shock over the in-depth piece, which detailed moments of her husband speaking over her, and revealed she was left so exhausted from her hectic lifestyle that she was bedridden for days.
Fans took to social media to share their thoughts, with many declaring they must ‘save her.’
In a recent Instagram clip, Hannah addressed the Times article, admitting she and her husband were ‘shocked’ when they read it.
‘A couple of weeks ago, we had a reporter come into our home to learn more about our family and business,’ the beauty pageant competitor began.
‘We thought the interview went really well. We were taken [aback], however, when we saw the printed article — which shocked us, and shocked the world by it being an attack on my family and my marriage,’ she added.
She added that she was inaccurately portrayed as ‘oppressed, with my husband being the culprit.’
‘This couldn’t be further from the truth,’ she clarified, noting she believes the profile’s angle was ‘predetermined.’
‘Together we have built a business from scratch,’ she affirmed. ‘We’ve brought eight children into this world, and have prioritized our marriage all along the way.’
