Anton Danyluk’s mother Sherrie Ann has finally met his Love Island girlfriend Georgia Harrison – however her reaction was less than impressed.

Sherrie Ann gave the couple a hard time as they met for the first time on Anton’s newly launched podcast, What’s The Crack?

Refusing to hold back, Sherrie Ann told Georgia she ‘lost sleep over her’ and told hre ‘you did my nut in’ while they were both on the ITV dating show.

In a very awkward exchange, Anton, 29, told his mum: ‘Me and Georgia are getting to a really good stage in our relationship and you need to meet soon rather than later.

‘So I’ve actually asked her to come along today to do the podcast.’

Looking aghast, she replied: ‘You want me to meet Georgia for the first time on a podcast? Have you thought this through?’

Georgia, also 29, then entered the room to meet the woman famed for waxing her son’s bottom.

Hoping to break the ice quickly, Anton quipped: ‘There has always been that barrier between who I am with and my mum.

‘So I thought why not bring the two of you together, is there anything you want to get off your chest to make things a bit faster?’

Sherrie told Georgia: ‘I lost sleep over you, you did my nut in.’

Georgia hastily replied: ‘I am sorry. Honestly I never once spoke badly of Anton.’

His mother then raged: ‘You said he gave you the f***ing ick.’

Desperately trying to defend herself, Georgia added: ‘That is not speaking bad of him that is just communicating how I am feeling at the time.’

The cringe and  difficult conversation continued, with his beloved mother mocking his manhood.

And unfortunately for Georgia, the  podcast did not end on a high note with Sherrie telling the influencer that ‘time would tell’ if they would get on.

The reality stars finished in fifth place during the Love Island All Stars final last month, but viewers were left questioning whether they were genuine.

Anton and Georgia had a number of ups and downs in the South African villa, which caused fans to think she would ‘dump him’ soon after leaving.

Georgia later responded to a negative comment on social media which read: ‘I have milk that has a longer shelf life than this relationship’.

She hit back: ‘I heard everlasting milk was back in fashion.’

Georgia has also addressed concerns from fans about her wellbeing during the live final after viewers of the ITV2 reality show picked up on Georgia’s ‘awkward’ chat with Anton.

The couple have faced serious scrutiny over the legitimacy of their relationship over the past few weeks and have faced a rocky road to romance.

Taking to Instagram, Georgia once again defended their relationship and insisted she was just ‘nervous’ during the final.

Georgia wrote: ‘If I’m being honest the last week was really challenging for me and I was nervous at the final with such a big crowd and also the ex Islanders who had recently voiced strong opinions on me and Anton as a couple.’

She was referring to a recent episode of the show where the ex-Islanders came back into the villa to share their judgements on the couples.

The Islanders had to vote for who they thought the least compatible couple was and Georgia and Anton narrowly avoided being dumped as Arabella Chi and Adam Maxted were ultimately sent home.

During her statement, Georgia continued: ‘I couldn’t hide my apprehension but I can assure you I am very happy and looking forward to the future and appreciate him supporting me through my nerves.’

While speaking to host Maya Jama during the final, Georgia looked less than impressed with Anton as he revealed that she was ‘heartbroken’ when she originally entered the South Africa villa.

The pair discussed how it felt that their fellow Islanders believed their romantic connection is fake after Georgia previously said Anton gave her ‘the ick’.

She said: ‘I just think I’m not use to relationships moving that fast and then feelings just grew slowly and it took a while to progress.’

Anton added: ‘It was difficult because what I think people didn’t realise was that Georgia came in here heartbroken when she came in.’

Maya replied: ‘We didn’t actually know that…’

Looking rather furious by the comment, Georgia awkwardly shut down the comment: ‘I wasn’t like that, let’s not talk about it’.

Maya then went completely silent along with the rest of the audience and villa but it was not made clear who actually ‘broke’ Georgia’s heart.

The pair did go on to say they are going to try and ‘see each other’ back home as Anton ‘comes to London once a week to film a podcast’.
