alert-–-amy-adams-puts-on-busty-display-as-she-cozies-up-to-husband-darren-le-gallo-at-independent-spirit-awards-2025Alert – Amy Adams puts on busty display as she cozies up to husband Darren Le Gallo at Independent Spirit Awards 2025

Amy Adams and her husband looked like lovebirds on the red carpet at the Independent Spirit Awards on Saturday in Santa Monica, California.

The actress, 50, looked exquisite in a black suit with a jacket featuring a low-cut U-neck and embellished with gold and amber flowers from Carolina Herrera. Her long black pants covered what appeared to be high heeled shoes.

The six-time Oscar nominee kept her accessories simple so as not to take away from the ornate display on the jacket, opting for diamond earrings.

Her red hair was pulled back into a high ponytail and her makeup was camera ready, but natural looking.

Her husband, Darren Le Gallo, also 50, looked dapper in a black suit with a relaxed jacket and a cream colored button down shirt.

His long dark blond hair was pulled back into a messy bun, and his salt and pepper beard was neatly trimmed.

In the dark comedy, the accomplished actress stars as a woman who pauses her career to be a stay-at-home mom, until her domestic life becomes overwhelming and she takes on some canine characteristics.

While at the awards ceremony, Adams also presented the award for Best Breakthrough Performance, which went to Maisy Stella for her performance as the younger Elliott in the coming-of-age comedy My Old Ass.

Adams and Le Gallo met in acting class in 2001, and later appeared together in a short film, Pennies, released in 2006 and began dating after that experience.

They welcomed their daughter, Aviana, in 2010 and tied the knot in 2015.

‘We always had the commitment, but now he’s stuck with me and I can really act out. I’m kidding,’ she told the UK paper The Times, following the May 2 ceremony in Santa Barbara, CA.

‘The truth is, I feel a stronger sense of family, a bigger sense of permanence, which is a nice thing for me.’

Le Gallo is also a director, a writer, and musician and an artist.

The busy actress has a long list of future projects and from looking at her IMDB page, and earlier this month signed on to appear in Cape Fear, co-starring with Javier Bardem for Apple TV+.

The 10-episode series is based on the 1957 novel, The Executioners, about a convicted rapist who seeks revenge against public defender who tried his case. The book was turned into the 1962 film Cape Fear starring Gregory Peck, Polly Bergen and Robert Mitchum.

Cape Fear was re-made in 1991, starring Nick Nolte, Jessica Lang and Robert DeNiro and was directed by Martin Scorsese.  It was nominated for two Oscars, including Best Actor for De Niro and Best actress for co-star Juliette Lewis.
