It has been forty-five years since she shot to fame running down a Mexican beach sporting a dark golden tan, wearing a shimmering gold one-piece bathing suit and her hair in beaded cornrows.
Only 23 years old at the time, she was heralded by fans and the media around the world as the ‘perfect woman,’ with her high cheekbones, symmetrical face, sky-blue eyes, and stunning figure.
Almost five decades later, the petite blonde, donning a green flowered blouse, white linen pants and canvas sneakers, and dark sunglasses, went completely unnoticed earlier this month as she patiently waited for her salad at Field + Fort café in Summerland, California.
Can you guess who it is?

Bo was what Summerland and Montecito locals call an ‘extreme heat refugee’ from the nearby Santa Ynez Valley where she lives with second husband John Corbett, 63, on a 10.5 acre ranch.
On the day, temperatures in Santa Ynez reached a stifling 109F degrees, so it’s no wonder she and a girlfriend hopped in her car and headed 36 miles south to Summerland, which sits along the coast just south of Montecito and is at least 25-30 degrees cooler in the summer.
‘Ah, I just love that ocean breeze’, Bo was overheard telling her friend and lifting her famous face up to take a deep breath.
After lunch the two popped into the retail section of Field + Fort where Bo was seen checking out the Flamingo Estates section which stocks books, candles, soaps and lotions.
They were later seen visiting nearby Mary Suding Antiques on Lillie Avenue.

Bo shot to fame in the 1979 movie 10 opposite Dudley Moore, whose character becomes obsessed with her after seeing her at her wedding and follows her and her new husband to Mexico.
The movie’s title refers to Moore’s rating of Derek’s looks on a scale of one to 10.
And Bo has pretty much kept that rating as she got older, choosing to forgo plastic surgery and age naturally.

She told Closer magazine in 2018: ‘There is a certain expectation [to look young].
‘I get credit on one hand for not having a facelift, and then, on the other hand, it’s “Oh my God, why doesn’t she do something?”

She said she enjoys her life with Sex and The City actor Corbett on their ‘Cliff Manor’ ranch in Santa Ynez: ‘We have a beautiful home with horses and dogs.’
Bo keeps her 5’3′ frame fit not by going to the gym but by swimming and just doing work around the ranch, she says.
