Several reports regarding the length of the feature’s length have been shared in the recent past, although A24 has confirmed to Variety that the movie will last for 1 hour and 49 minutes.

Development on the feature was revealed to the public in January of 2022, and much of the film’s cast had been added by that point.
Performers such as Cailee Spaeny, Stephen McKinley Henderson and Karl Glusman will round out the project’s cast.
Sonoya Mizuno, who collaborated with Garland on several of his past projects, will also appear in the feature.
Physical production on the feature commenced in Atlanta last March, and its team eventually moved to London.
The feature was also produced on a budget of $50 million, making it A24’s most expensive project to date.
Civil War’s official trailer was released to the public earlier this month, and it received much notice for its shocking depiction of an alternate version of the United States.
According to Newsweek, the clip stirred up controversy with conservative commentators, many of whom described the upcoming movie as so-called predictive programming.
Garland spoke about the project during an interview with The Telegraph, where he stated that the feature would take place in familiar times.

The filmmaker remarked that Civil War was ‘set at an indeterminate point in the future – just far enough ahead for me to add a conceit.’

However, Garland also stated that the two films were only related to one another ‘in some ways.’
Civil War is currently scheduled to be released to the public on April 24.
