A psychic who successfully predicted dozens of global events in 2024 has warned that humanity needs to reassess its connection to technology.

Athos Salomé, 38, from Brazil, is often referred to as the ‘Living Nostradamus’ as he’s correctly predicted past disasters including the coronavirus pandemic, Queen Elizabeth’s death and the Microsoft global outage.

Now, Salomé warns that 2025 will be the year that ‘humanity enters a vital turning point because of new technical achievements’.

Salomé said the coming year is one of radical innovation, but also of unprecedented challenges.

With the rise of artificial intelligence, quantum computing and medical advances, he says the world could be on the brink of revolutionary progress – or imminent disaster.

Speaking to Femail, he said: ‘This development constitutes a revolutionary change that will make classical computers unnecessary for particular operations.

‘The current encryption protocols face an imminent danger that could cause instability in digital security.’

Salomé predicts that AI-generated media content will take over the entertainment industry to become the dominating presence in entertainment and media sectors.

He also expressed worries about the production of films created with artificial intelligence, where the actors are virtual and the script is AI-generated.

According to the psychic, the disappearance of human creativity is a direct consequence of this phenomenon which eliminates traditional entertainment methods.

He added: ‘The use of deep fakes for political propaganda poses a risk of triggering a new historical extreme of misinformation.’

Salomé foresees the first Human-Machine Hybrid Olympics as another bold prediction.

According to his perspective this upcoming event will reset human performance standards yet it will produce significant moral issues.

He said: ‘The definition of athletic existence becomes uncertain because people can benefit from genetic enhancements and neural implant technology. The true nature of sporting competition vanishes away.’

According to Salomé the world faces a severe mental health challenge that virtual reality and augmented reality technologies have worsened to dangerous levels.

He said: ‘The excessive exposure to simulated digital environments has produced a society of people who become addicted to virtual realities.

‘Humanity needs to reassess its technology connection because the current situation is nearing its critical point.’

In December, Salome chillingly predicted that World War III is imminent.

With tensions rising around the world, he warned that we are teetering on the edge of WWIII, saying ‘the worst is yet to come’.

He notably warned of the issues around using technology and cyber war as the major forms of combat in the twenty first century.

He said: ‘This is not just a war of men, but of machines, and in this aspect what comes next?’

The living ‘Nostradamus’ named himself after the French astrologer and apothecary from the 1500s of the same name and claims that he predicted the COVID pandemic.

He also says he foresaw Elon Musk buying Twitter, the result of the Euro’s football tournament and, more recently, the cyber attack on systems at the Paris Olympics last year.
