Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been sued by a man who said the rapper drugged him and sexually assaulted him at a Los Angeles nightclub in 2022.
The man accusing Combs, 55, filed the lawsuit in New York County Supreme Court under the pseudonym John Doe, USA Today reported Monday after reviewing legal documents in the case.
Doe said in court filings the three-time Grammy-winner ‘drugged and forcefully raped’ him in the exchange, according to the outlet.
Lawyers for Combs – who has denied all of the charges against him – told Dailymail.com in a statement Monday, ‘As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.
‘Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – man or woman, adult or minor.’
Doe is seeking damages in the case, in which he’s represented by Houston-based lawyer Tony Buzbee, who is also representing more than 100 people accusing Combs of different violations, the outlet reported. Dailymail.com has reached out to Buzbee’s firm for further comment on this story.

Doe said in court filings Combs ‘orally raped him and sexually assaulted him anally,’ TMZ reported Monday after reviewing the legal docs in the case.
Doe said Combs asked him if he ‘ever sucked a d*** before?’ which he said he had not, to which Combs suggested, ‘You should try it,’ before exposing himself and commencing with the assault, according to legal docs TMZ reviewed.
Doe said in the court filing that ‘because of Combs’ power and notoriety, and because he was shocked and embarrassed, Doe did not report what had happened.’
Doe said in court filings that he wants a trial by jury and is seeking ‘compensatory damages for all physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering, family and social disruption, and other harm, in an amount to be determined at trial.’

Combs has pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking charges after his September arrest. He has remained incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn awaiting a May 5 trial, after he was refused bail on multiple occasions.
Prosecutors in Combs’ federal case say the music mogul used blackmail and violence in his efforts to silence victims.
Among the claims made against the entertainer is that he persuaded women to participate against their will in group sexual exhibitions referred to as ‘Freak Offs.’
The Can’t Nobody Hold Me Down performer remains in federal custody nearly five months after his September 16 arrest in Manhattan in connection with sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
Combs, who is also charged with transportation to engage in prostitution, has made a trio of attempts in vain to be granted bail, amid concerns from the court he would attempt to flee or tamper with his case.
Prior to his arrest he was in the headlines for much of 2024 year after raids on multiple properties in March; and video of him assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie surfacing on CNN in May.
