As America gets excited for the Super Bowl this weekend, there is also another reason to celebrate.
On Sunday, the day the Kansas City Chiefs are taking on the Philadelphia Eagles, pizza fans will also be celebrating National Pizza Day, which falls every year on February 9.
To mark this coincidence, Pizza Hut has launched its ‘Ultimate Hut Bundle’ deal.
The chain says the deal is ideal for ‘football fans who need the ultimate spread for their watch parties.’
The offer allows pizza fans to customize combinations of pizzas, wings, and sticks and dip, and starts at $24.99 depending on where you live.
‘Whether you’re in it for the game, the commercials, or just the food, Pizza Hut has you covered with the Ultimate Hut Bundle,’ the chain said.
The deal allows customers to choose from any two medium pizzas on a choice of crust, which includes Chicago, Tavern-Style, Original Pan Pizza, Hand Tossed, or Thin ‘N Crispy.
Stuffed crust is excluded from this particular deal.

Then pizza fans can add up to 10 toppings from over 20 options, and one of five choices for sauces, according to allrecipes.
In June last year, Pizza Hut unveiled its ‘biggest toppings overhaul in more than a decade’ after shuttering over a dozen locations.
It added eight new ‘bold and fresh’ toppings to its menu, including Spicy Marinara Sauce, Pesto Sauce Swirl, Chicken Sausage, Fresh Diced Garlic, Grape Tomatoes, Caramelized Onions, Fire Roasted Peppers and Crispy Cupped Pepperoni.
The ‘Ultimate Hut Bundle’ deal also includes any eight boneless wings, as well as any sticks and dip.
This includes breadsticks, garlic sticks, or roasted garlic cheese sticks, and one of nine dipping sauces such as garlic, blue cheese or marinara.
Pizza Hut, which has over 6,000 locations in the US, is also not the only chain offering special deals to celebrate Super Bowl Sunday.
Buffalo Wild Wings, the largest sports bar chain in the US, is reprising its annual offer of free chicken wings if the Super Bowl goes into overtime.
The sports bar, which operates around 1,300 restaurants, has made the offer for seven years in a row.
The chain had to make good on their pledge last year as the nail-biting final between the San Francisco 49’ers and the Kansas City Chiefs headed into tense overtime.
If the match overruns once again, Americans will be able to claim six free wings, either bone-in or boneless, between 2pm and 5pm on Monday, February 24.

The wings must be ordered in-person for dine-in or takeout but will not be available for phone orders or delivery.
‘Are we crazy for bringing our overtime deal back after last year’s turnout? Maybe!’ Buffalo Wild Wings chief marketing officer Tristan Meline said.
‘After giving away over 2.5 million wings last year, we know it’s a bold move to bring it back.’
‘For us at B-Dubs, it’s all about the thrill of the game, and we’re pumped to give all football – and wing – fans another chance at scoring big, no matter who they cheer for,’ he added.
Super Bowl Sunday, which this year falls on February 9, is the biggest day for wing sales every year.
Around 1.45 billion wings are eaten on the sport celebration each year, according to the National Chicken Council.
