Sonja Morgan is mourning the death of her ex-husband, John Adams Morgan. He was 94.
The former reality star was married to the the investment banker for 10 years, from 1996-2006, and shared daughter Quincy Adams Morgan, 24.
Sonja was the fourth of the bank executive’s five wives and he is survived by his current spouse, Connie, whom he married in 2010.
The family has not revealed the exact date of nor the cause of Morgan’s death.
The former Olympian, was the great-grandson of John Pierpont (JP) Morgan, the founder of J.P. Morgan and Co, and the son of Morgan Stanley founder Henry Sturgis Morgan.
Sonja and John had already gone their separate ways when she joined the cast of Real Housewives of New York in 2010.

The pair remained good friends following their split.
‘First of all, I like to say I didn’t divorce the family. My husband and I divorced,’ she said on a July 2018 episode of Watch What Happens Live.

During their marriage she was also step-mother to John Adams Morgan Jr., 70, and Chauncey Goss Morgan, 60.
Sonja has been in the middle of her Sonja in Your City tour, and has not make any public statements about her ex’s death.
Quincy, who now lives in Los Angeles, shared her grief in a post in her Instagram Stories.
‘As an obituary was publish yesterday, I want to take the opportunity to tell you all myself that my father passed away this month.’

‘The family is navigating this together,’ she wrote of their collective grief.
‘I very much love and admired my dad. I am so grateful for the love and care I have been shown these past weeks.
The influencer said she was taking a break from work to ‘navigate the loss,’ so that she could be ‘present with her family.
She also shared a sweet photo from her childhood with her father.
